Tiny space with many tables crammed, staff had to lean over us to reach the table next to us. Menu in italian only and staff didn’t speak english. Food not bad, but not worth the prize.

10/10Lombardi's staff and food exceeded all expectations. Our server suggested an excellent and unusual wine, portions were substantial, we arrived a bit before opening hour on a chilly evening and were seated at our table out of the cold and rain. A truly lovely evening out in Naples.

10/10The manager was so accommodating to our group which turned into 20 people I asked for 3 tables side by side and he said without a problem ! Risotto was cooked perfectly and as was the pizza with flavor , the octopus salad was tender and a nice starter !

Excellent pizza and pasta with tomato sauce. I could tell that the ingredients in the pizza and pasta were all fresh. However, we ordered a mozzarella in carrozza, and it tasted like old oil. I hated it and wouldn't order it again. But that didn't stop me from enjoying the wonderful pizza and spaghetti pasta with tomato sauce.

10/10The best food we ever had in Napoli. Just close your eyes and order what ever. Every food is delicious and served with love. We eat here 3 times and the waiters are so lovely and friendly.

We were in Naples for a food exploratory trip. Lombardi did not disappoint. The pizza I ever had! We had the seafood pizza and one with stracciatella I think. Absolutely out of this world. You have not eaten pizza until you eat the pizza here. We sat upstairs near the tv. The ambiance was warm, homely and Neapolitan. The price was very reasonable especially for the high quality of food you get. I will travel halfway round the world just to sit by that tv by that window and sink my face into another Lombardi pizza.

3/10Never have I ever been to a restaurant and been treated with such utter contempt by a waiter as I was here. If you don't want tourists to visit then dont let us book - Simple! Seems maybe being obnoxious to outsiders is part of the fun for the people who work here. As for the food, ive had better, I've had worse. Dough on pizza a bit too heavy, missing that lovely fluffiness of a Neapolitan crust i wish the pizza had been better. Worst part was the shocking hospitality (or rather lack of) . To think people might come here as their first experience of a Napoli pizza is sad and it is not representative. Certainly the lowest point of my otherwise amazing holiday. Cannot recommend.

10/10Absolutely super dough with every Pizza. So many Pizzas to try. The Mozarella used with some of the Pizzas tastes so good. My wife had a lovely fish dish called Orata all 'acqua pazza' It was so perfectly cooked.

10/10My husband had the cod casserole and he said it was the best meal he had on our Italian vacation. I had the seafood spaghetti and it was delicious as well. Ambience was nice. By the time we left the restaurant, our reservation was at 7:30, there was a line of people waiting to get in. Price wise it was very affordable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent food, particularly their traditional pizza. And Baba'. Good value. We sat in the basement which was very cool. Outside there was quite a vibe, very busy and festive.

5/10We had high expectations given the reputation of this long established restaurant. Maybe it was because only my husband was eating (I was unwell) but we were treated with indifference from the moment we arrived. Initially we were asked if we wanted water and presented with the menu. My husband chose pizza (our reason for visiting) and his order was taken quickly. We wasn’t asked if we wanted any other drinks. His pizza was ok - nothing special. The bill was practically thrown at our table. The one redeeming factor was a young waiter who was more friendly than the senior waiter and came and asked if we’d enjoyed our meal. I’m sure there are far more welcoming pizzerias in Napoli.

We ate in twice on our holiday and couldn't believe how good it was. My travel partner said it was the best pizza he's ever had and he is half Italian and a pizza fanatic! Also the seafood was delicious.

6.5/10First the restaurant was not located where the map said it was so we had to access the website of the restaurant to find why we were in the wrong place. Almost didn’t bother. Food was very good but experienced spoiled by inattentive service and whilst I know Rome v Napoli was a popular match, I’d still expect to receive service! Left without dessert/coffee/digestif as we couldn’t be bothered ordering if they couldn’t be bothered asking if we wanted anything. Shane, because the food was tasty and served reasonably quickly.

7.5/10The staff were ok, we did get ignored as the place got busy. The food was quite good, but the seafood pasta was sparse with the seafood, eating at another place the next night, was incomparable fish wise! Price was fine and it was good to be able to book online.
