Good food, good service.

The space feels elegant yet welcoming, with a calm, refined atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and enjoy every course. Everything we tried was scrumptious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. The pasta dishes were perfectly balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh and carefully selected, and you can really feel the attention to detail in the kitchen. Service was professional and attentive without being intrusive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only dish that slightly disappointed me was the artichokes — just a bit too overfried for my personal taste. That said, it’s a minor note in what was otherwise an excellent dinner. Overall, we truly enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. Definitely a place we would return to.

We have dined here a few times now and returned because the food is consistently good. A small menu built around quality execution in the kitchen. A reasonable wine list with some good choices. I have always been too full to order dessert but from what I have observed at other tables, they too look delicious. Front of house greeting on arrival could be improved, but don’t let that deter you. This is worth the stop to dine.

The ambiance was fine. The food was quite good. But the service was incompetent. Our friends received their starters but we did not. We asked and the waiter said what we ordered was a main course (which it wasn't). We received our starter after our friends were already finished. Next our friends received their pasta course (primo) and we received our main course (secondo). I asked the waiter about our pasta course who then denied we ordered it. But then it appeared brought by another waiter so it had been ordered. He took back the secondo and we enjoyed the pasta. But then brought back the same secondo which had been left in the kitchen. So now it was drastically overcooked. The waiter just didn't seem to get the fact that it was a nice Italian restaurant and the order of courses is always: starter, primo and then secondo. No where else in Barcelona (where there are a lot of Italian restaurants) have we ever had this problem. The waiter was utterly incompetent and clueless. But possibly the kitchen was a partner-in-crime as it may have produced the dishes at random.

This little restaurant is a hidden gem from the bustle and hustle of Barcelona main streets. The food quality is exceptional especially for the homemade pasta and fish of the day (not typical salmon nor cod fish).

This is a delightful restaurant. Service was excellent. Starters were delicious - especially the tomato salad. The osso buco pasta dish was outstanding - tender and tasty. Wine selection was very nice and reasonably priced.
