Not my first visit to the restaurant, so I knew what to except and again was not disappointed :excellent and delicious food with attentive, competent and friendly service in a stylish but relaxed atmosphere - I prefer going to a place where I can be sure to have a positive experience, instead of making experiments and risk an unpleasant outcome

Excellent restaurant with great service, can’t fault it. You can easily walk straight past this restaurant and not realise it is there due to the small shop front but once inside it is a really relaxing space with a great team ready to serve you. Food was wonderful too!

Terrible. Truly awful. We ordered 5 dishes: bao, shumai, veal, tuna tacos and mushroom dumplings. Everything apart from the last one was an unmitigated disaster. The shumai was undercooked, the veal was extremely over salted, the tuna in the tuna tacos was not fresh, the bao was dry. Worst €45(!) we have ever spent.

The very first time my partner and I ate here we were blown away. Everything was just spectacular — food, service and the ambiance. Now we just always come here every time we’re craving for asian food because they never disappoint. The service Lis gives is impeccable, her attention to details and how polite she is just makes it an even better experience!

Very special experience! High quality food which was presented very creatively. It keeps the middle between Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese, but whiteout a lot of spiciness. Very delicate. We are glad we found this place!

We were attracted by the very high 9.6 Fork rating... And while the service was great the food was mediocre at best. We had a good selection of plates incl some of my favourites like Tom Yam soup but while nice distinct lack of fresh chilli, lemon grass... nothing stood out! We both felt 7 was about the mark but for 9.6 Loto needs to do better!
