6.5/10No one greets you when you arrive, shows you to your table, or takes your coat. The food is very good, but expensive. The service is awful, The decor is dated and old. Not a romantic restaurant

6/10The food here was really good. The asians who serves the food are nice. There’s just these service guys who guides these asians to serve the food, the way how they guides them were really bad and kind of rude. Same happened to us , they were not polite at all.

10/10Amazing food. Consistently good. Unfortunately we had to prep one booking. So lost out on table by the window In the food the Char Sui pork was bland and dry. All the other dishes were amazing

5.5/10It’s not a restaurant for a 5 stars hotel It’s medium food . I don’t talk about the price but the taste wasn’t here . We can eat better food in a simple Chinese restaurant.

10/10The best in Switzerland for sure - so good I go every week. Highly recommended when you are in Geneva. Their food is always excellent but it's really their sincere service which makes your day.

8/10Excellent service and view to lac Lehman! Food is great but definitely you will be paying for comfort and the view, and won't regret it. Great overall value if that's what you are looking for.

2.5/10My friends and I had lunch today at Lou One. It was the most disappointing experience ever. Despite making sure they knew I was vegetarian and my friend gluten free, they brought us dishes that had fish sauce, chicken, and gluten. The restaurant manager said they were sorry it happened but it is the chefs fault, not his, as he had written it down on his piece of paper. I really don’t care whose fault it was! The fact is that I was served something that I should not have been served. A five star hotel with such bad service is a no-go place! My friends and I are surely not looking forward to any further lunches in this restaurant!!!

6.5/10Disappointing service. We have been regular customers for the past three years because we love the food, the atmosphere and the service in spite of the high prices (even for Geneva). However, last night it felt like the MDs were doing us a favor. They were rushed, rude and even asked for a tip!! We will not be coming back any time soon.
