3.5/10All of the food tasted like rotten fish. Seaweed or something very pungent in every dish that was very offputting. Followed by desert of vegetable ice cream. Crunchy things were stale, meat was tough. Blarg. €235 without drinks for 2. The waiter was kind and professional.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify certain points in your comment. First of all, we did not have seaweed on the menu on June 10, and we do not offer a plant-based dessert. We understand that tastes and perceptions may vary, but there seems to be a misunderstanding about the composition of our dishes. Also, we take note of your very aggressive comments regarding the freshness and texture of some of our dishes. Please know that we attach great importance to the quality of our ingredients, we are lucky in Paris to have them delivered every morning by our local artisans and from our French countryside who bring us the best of the season. We are delighted to read that you appreciated the service from our team. For the price, you have chosen 2 7-course menus at €115. . Best regards. Stéphane Pitré

10/10An experience to have. It’s a food, work of art and creativity dinner. The flavors will continue to amaze course after course. The beauty, the presentation, the service are what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant experience.

9.5/10Simply excellent, amazing set of food experience and service. I particularly like that the dishes contain so much creativity and thoughts in terms of flavour without being flashy in the looks. Also your use of known flavours in surprising combinations really got to me. I will be thinking about this meal for a long long time.

10/10Exceptional. Louis is worth the effort to get to the 9th. Second star coming and you should dine here before you will not be able to get in. The classic French-themed dishes with the light Asian accent was extremely well done. Every course was very good and four were outstanding. The service and ambiance also do not disappoint.

10/10Elegant, balanced and hint of Japanese influence. Clean palette. Definitely recommend the 7 course when you have time to pamper yourself. Love the interiors deco and the turquoise ambience.

7/10It's a quite disppointing experience . Every course has a weird sour taste, except the dessert. I dont know how they clean the water glass ,one of my water glass smells fishy. I don't think I will go back .

10/10Fantastic little starred restaurant. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food was unique and sensual to the tastebuds. Highly recommend visiting before they receive second star and booked out!

9/10The food was stunning (best lamb ever, best asparagus ever, etc.) and highly creative - it's more of a 2-star Michelin in that category (my wife thinks a three). There were some minor mix-ups with the waiter, whose English was imperfect, but the manager was exceptional and made up for any minor issues. The price/performance was off the charts - they could charge double what they do and still get excellent reviews. We will be back every time we are in Paris.

9/10stephane’s cuisine is creative and spontaneous as always! his fascination with smoke and japanese elements was constantly teasing and pleasing your taste. a great menu with his personal signature. wine selection by glass could be more versatile and the dining room could be too noisy for an intimate dinner.

10/10Exquisite experience with fresh and intriguing tastes that borrow Japanese inspiration. Servers pay extra attention to your table without ever being intrusive. Decor is chic and classy reminiscent of a breakfast at tiffany's vibe. Pricing is also very affordable for quality and service.

10/10We really enjoyed our meal at Louis, the flavors were delightful and the service was very warm. My friend and I were the only Americans in the room when we dined and we felt totally comfortable. The room is very pretty with soothing colors and those heavy velvet curtains blocking the street noise. The tasting menu incorporated fish and duck, along with several desserts and a takeaway sachet of canneles for me. I would definitely return there on my next visit to Paris.

9.5/10superb modern French cuisine, Looks fantastic and taste great! creative and full of character! the wine selection has a clear focus on Bourgogne. A fine location which is definitely worth a visit.
