9/10Birthday lunch for my daughter at Louro and it was really a good and great Spanish food. Service was exceptional, thank you Alexandra, Benny, Nikki and Christian for making my daughter’s birthday a memorable one. We enjoyed the food and service! Cosy and homey ambiance however a bit small restaurant.

10/10Great place! The food is absolutely delicious! The service exceeded expectations! We tried the squid, sardines, octopus, burrata salad, and dessert. Everything was fresh, and the presentation was excellent! To find the restaurant, you’ll need to climb the stairs to the second floor – a bit tricky, but totally worth it!

10/10The staff was excellent. The menu had so many choices and everything was delicious. I left their card with concierge at Le Meridian Marriott and told them to recommend it to guests. Very reasonable.

8/10The waitress was very charming and helpful !! The food was OK but didnt reflect a knockout response ! I had an empanada of suckling pig which was difficult to cut into and the shredded pork was not tender! I felt the entire item it should have been served in a de constructed manner! I felt the menu overall was ok although as delicious as the bread seemed to be it was served at main course time rather then up front with the pre dinner olives!!

8/10We had a nice meal here after a flamenco show nearby. Service was friendly. Good portion sizes of paella and Iberian ribs. It was a bit noisy; there was a table behind us which had a child who pretty much shouted everything he said and because the room is small, it did really take over the atmosphere.

8.5/10Thanks to previous reviews, we found this first floor restaurant easily. Would benefit from on the street signage however. All staff greeted us and were super friendly. Food was good. We were given a choice of tables and the room at the back was the best. We would return here if we come back to Barcelona.

10/10The food was delicious and perfectly cooked for our group of seven. The ambiance was quiet and lovely, away from the crowds but still close to everything. The hostess and server couldn’t have been nicer. I asked if they had ginger ale. The hostess said they didn’t, so she sent someone to the store to purchase it even though I told her it wasn’t necessary. Everyone wanted our experience to be the absolute best and they certainly succeeded.

10/10The restaurant was a beautiful place. It was different from most restaurants on La Rambla. The food was great, the staff very nice and the atmosphere was great. I chose this restaurant and my fiancée loved it, and if she loves it, it is great. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants something different from most restaurants.

9/10This restaurant is a hidden gem. hard to find but worth the hunt. A limited menu, but the food was very good, well presented, and the wait staff was as friendly as they could be. Prices were extremely reasonable. we were a table of two, but saw many families at other tables.

10/10We have been to Louro before and looked forward to returning. It's a gem. Friendly, attentive service, a great menu, good wine list, very affordable. On our recent visit, they were short staffed, but this only meant that they moved rapidly and efficiently to deliver the same quality of service. We will also include dinner at Louro when we visit Barcelona. One thing if you go. it is upstairs, and it is easy to walk by the entry if you're looking above the door for the restuarant's name. Don't. it is verticle on the left side of the door. Climb the stairs and you've arrived. Great place!
