5.5/10There is a serious disconnect between the high quality of the Londra Palace Hotel and its restaurant. The restaurant staff were welcoming and warm, and it's not their fault that the quality of the food they served was so poor. The turbot was old, and sat in a puddle of flavorless artichoke sauce. The shrimp were nondescript. There's really no excuse for this in a Relais & Châteaux establishment located on the Adriatic coast. This was our worst meal in Italy during a 15-day trip - and the worst in years.

10/10We had an an amazing dinner , this is has to be one of the best restaurants in Venice, Excellent cooking at a very reasonable price., great service and lovely dining room. We have eaten at the best restaurants in Venice over many years, and this week we had been to Al Testiere, Osteria Santa Marina & Cips Club, this restaurant is as good . Perfect food in a perfect setting and the Bar is produces great cocktails .....

10/10Our favorite meal in Venice. They have a mix and match theme menu (Air/Lane/Sea). We loved every dish we ordered. On top of this, the service and attention to detail was incredible. We strongly recommend this fantastic restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

6.5/10Found this restaurant vie Guide Michelin. No idea why they decided to list it - it‘s not it. The food wasn’t anywhere close to great. Service was good. It is part of the Hotel Londra Palace by the tourist mile close to San Marco. Outside or inside dining possible, we opted for outside. The menu consists of three lists: water/seafood, meat or vegetarian. You can then pick 2, 3 or 4 courses (musing lists is ok). Good concept, just the food wasn’t great and appeared to be warmed up. Nice people watching on the promenade and close to the water shuttles though. Won’t go back, there are way better options in Venice.

6/10We ordered a fish of the day, a dessert, Pinot Grigio wine, Soup, Beef. I didn’t like food a tall. Potatoes were dry, no salt. A dish looked like in a cheap cafe. A dessert was good. I don’t like a sales points in front of the restaurant. That business closes all canal’s view. I liked a service.

5.5/10Bistrot was closed so we were forced to eat at Do Leoni, which in theory should have been great, but the service was terrible. The staff was rude/ disinterested and the food took two hours to come.

7.5/10The food was incredible: the balance of flavors in each dish was very well executed. My wife said it was the best food she’s ever eaten. The service is, unfortunately, another story. The website and Michelin Guide both say the Bistrot is open for dinner and both accept reservations for the Bistrot for this time slot. Upon arriving, we were told we could not order from the Bistrot menu, which we were excited about. Then, upon being seated, it took 15-20 minutes just to have them ask if we wanted water when the restaurant wasn’t even full. Our waiter was then very helpful and pleasant. He recommended a wine and we enjoyed it. The larger problem came when we discovered that the waiter had falsely given us a price of 55 Euro for the bottle when, in fact, it was a 120 Euro bottle. I even confirmed and pointed at the price when ordering. We had a hard time with the staff explaining the situation, as they were reluctant to accept the mistake and rude with the way they handled it. They ended up still charging us more than the 55 Euro the waiter had indicated (about 70 Euro) but we decided to cut our losses due to their attitudes through the situation. We really wanted to like this place with the food being so stellar, but we felt taken advantage of. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this experience to anybody.

5/10Horrible service. We were expecting quality food and service and we didn’t get it. There are so many other places with great customer service and amazing food. Don’t waste your time or money on Ristorante Do Leoni. You will be greatly disappointed.

9.5/10Very nice restaurant with terrace on the lagoon We all loved our dishes which all had a gastromic look and taste. The service was courteous and friendly - our kind waiter even tried to speak greek to welcome us! Worth a visit!

10/10From the moment we sat down we were in love. The service was fantastic. The gentleman that sat us spoke 3 languages fluently and partially another. He so eloquently explained the menu. My husband and I each tried 3 different dishes and none disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend the uvoa dish (it's basically like a 2 egg fondue with truffles).

7.5/10We arrived for our reservation on time and was greeted by a host. He had been happily chatting to another couple moments before, but his demeanor changed with us. He seemed annoyed when I mentioned a reservation. So I showed him our e-mailed confirmation and he walked away without a word. We followed as we weren’t sure if he was leading us to a table. He closed the terrace door on us, talked to another gentleman inside the main dining room, and we were left on the terrace confused. The other gentleman popped out and suggested the bistrot tasting menu out on the terrace. We specifically made the reservation for the bistrot/ tasting menu, not ristorante section. I had no problem with it. But the gentleman looked relieved…. as if we weren’t wanted in the main dining room. The meal thereafter was lovely. But I noticed the host greeted every table inside and out, except ours (which so happened to be the only non-white guests). I would recommended this place for the food, but would also caution that service may be less than exceptional.

9.5/10Lovely restaurant if you are looking for real Italian food and not the commercial food you see everywhere. Really good set menu prices, have a lovely outside seating area as well. Really good service would definitely recommend if your looking for amazing fresh Italian food.

10/10Excellent service with professional hospitality by Mr. multilingual manager who has good sense of humor, makes the guests in smile. Atmosphere is chic with classic modern interior decoration, with Murano Chandeliers, Mirors… For cuisine, the main dish of ‘seafood plates’ with regional fishes, is in good quality, delicious, so excellent ! Desert, lots of fresh fruit salad, is light(not heavy) for estomach after main dish, very good finish. When in check, we didn’t know in advance that the service tax is requested. However we had an excellent evening diner at this hotel restaurant. Thank you again

9/10A super place for lunch, our server was great, attentive, and willing to answer questions. He helped pick out a delicious wine to compliment our selections. Not crowded, but enough patrons for great ambiance. We would return for sure.

10/10My wife loved the pasta with Pellistrina clams. I loved the grilled fish and vegetables. Overall, the food was exquisite and the presentation, beautiful. The staff were attentive and wonderful.

2/10We came for dinner and we didn’t find what we have expected. The terrace is not as on photos, the menu is not as it is stated here on TheFork and the waiter didn’t even know what menu are we talking about. We didn’t stay for dinner because the other menu was not promising, but we had two Aperol Spritz with too much ice and too little Aperol (18€). Inside, hotel is beautiful but not as we expected as a restaurant. Seemed like fraud for tourists (that we are not exactly because my sister is Italian and we have been to Venice too much times).

10/10Our welcome was immediate and very friendly. We had a drink in the bar, and our server was fun and helped us to enjoy 2 Italian gins, new to us. We were welcomed into the dining room in the same, friendly fashion. The setting is beautiful, both in the lounge and the dining room. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was top-notch, and very friendly. We had a leisurely dinner, and a very nice wine from their list, and were very pleased we decided to go to this restaurant.
