9/10The food is really very good, although not perfect. Some dishes were served on burning hot plates requiring some care not to get burned. Another plate was not very hot, and neither was the food. Also, I found the ceviche a bit bland. The concept of having a window of 1,5 hours to have your dinner is interesting, but we prefer to be free to leave when we're ready ourselves. 1,5 hours feels rushed, in fact we didn't have desert because of this. I realise the old concept of one service per table inevitable raises the price, and indeed this is a restaurant of a high standard with a reasonable price: wine aside we spent 50€ pp. for entry+main dish. Open wines are not expensive (6-8€) and there is a good choice. Staff is very competent and pleasant.

Nous sommes désolé pour la chaleur de l’assiette concerné certainement une erreur…..pour ce qui est des 1,5 heure c’est thefork qui l’indique mais nous ne mettons personnes dehors car nous ne faisons qu’un service le midi comme le soir , vous auriez pu sans problème prendre un dessert . J’espère vous revoir à notre table pour cette fois ci un menu entrée plats dessert sans limite horaire . À Bientôt Lucas et Chris

10/10Humble, yet cosy and stylish ambiente. Friendly, swift and prompt service. All the dishes ordered were beyond our expectations; everything was top-notch: from the mouth-watering optics on a plate till the exceptional taste on palate. Local Riesling from Domane du Windmuehl beautifly accompained our fascinating gastronomic journey. Kudos to the talented team for the little magic they've created!

10/10It was our first time in the Alsace Region and I found this little gem online before we left on our trip! This was one of our favorite dining experiences on our trip! The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch! Chef Luke came out to greet us and our waiter even recommended some fun local places to go in the area. I would definitely recommend everything about this restaurant. Thank you for the fabulous experience!

Tout ça parce que le serveur n'a pas voulu vous traduire toute la carte en anglais ..... ce sont des apprentis figurez-vous ! Ils apprennent l'anglais mais c'est sur qu'avec des remarques comme la vôtre ils ne vont pas évoluer......

6.5/10From the reviews I had read my expectations were high. It was very average. Steak was cooked really well. But served with soggy homemade crisps which were all stuck together. Tiny side serving of nüsslisalad. Bread served but table was so small it was put like an afterthought on the shelf beside us. Dessert was an overcooked puddle of chocolate soufflé which looked unappealing and was so dry it was inedible after the tiny serving of quickly melted icecream was gone. Service was pleasant but restaurant is overrated. Unpleasant surprise.

Super ! Les chips sont maison et sont parfaitement cuites mais vous devez certainement avoir l'habitude des chips industrielles de marque LAYS , le dessert est un travail de texture avec un chocolat Valrhona de qualité mais une fois de plus vous devez avoir l'habitude de manger des desserts industriels...... dommage de s'y connaître tellement peu en bonne cuisine , pour la taille de la table ce sont des standards de 80/80 mais si vous êtes un peu large n'en voulez pas à notre mobilier merci !! Je pense surtout que vous vous surestimez vous même. Aller donc manger un bon fast-food ça vous irais tellement mieux. Lucas et Chris

9.5/10I was second time! The food was amazing again! Super experience! Lucas was very nice! Wine very good! Atmosphere is good! Small detail: I ordered risling first, but waiter did a mistake and bring glass of champagne instead. I didn’t tell him at the same moment, so have a extra drink for my pay, but food was so good, so it didn’t bother me at all. Thx a lot, I’ll definitely come again!

10/10We were so grateful to have reservations at this restaurant, especially during the busyness of the Christmas market season. The ambiance is so calm and relaxing and cozy. The food was delicious and we truly loved everything, including the wine, and they took good care with an allergy at our table. Service was kind and warm and perfectly attentive but not too much. This was a gem.

10/10Tucked away on the edge of the Vielle Ville, this wonderful restaurant is well worth finding. Don't let it's quiet, low-key demeanor fool you. Lucas and Chris more than holds its own with the more formal (and louder) restaurants. The chefs have trained under Paul Bocuse, Jöel Robuchon, and other greats, and their attention to details in each course reflects that. I had a quenelle that had all the wonderful flavor and texture of the traditional dish, but was prepared in a way that didn't feel nearly so heavy. Also loved their Mt. Blanc as a dessert. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and spot on with wine recommendations.

10/10The ambiance was very pleasant, no bright light, soft music. The service was excellent. Most important- the food was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed every dish that was tried. Highly recommended!!

9/10Really liked the food and service. Wine is excellent. One thing that I didn’t like was the cheese, so I won’t order it ever again, but everything else was great. I highly recommend a veal dish and local wine. Definitely coming back when in the area again.

7.5/10The food was good but the performance is not matching the price. We would like to order desert, however they said we need to wait 20 min at least. Didn't understand why we had to wait even to order a cold desert.

hello, the desserts are cold but require a time to prepare when we have hot dishes to send before this are priority. you are certainly used to eating in low-end restaurants so above all stay in this niche and let people who understand real cuisine come and eat with us.

9.5/10Fabulous food. Everything our group of 4 ordered was outstanding. Gravlax, Moele, fish, beef. Sorry I won’t be back to Colmar anytime soon. Best 2-3 meals had in France of the 60 we ate.

10/10My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. I got a the main dish with butternut squash ravioli and sweet potatoes. The flavors blended nicely with a subtle sweet overtone. My wife got the beef tartar main dish with fries and a side salad. The local wines complimented the meal beautifully.

10/10Amazing, amazing, amazing!! It was almost full for our 8:00pm reservation, but we were seated immediately. I had the bone marrow as an app, and steak tartare for my entree. Both were absolutely perfect! Service was on point, food was delightful, couldn’t have picked a better restaurant in Colmar!!

10/10We really enjoyed our lunch. Each course was well prepared and delicious. We especially appreciated the attentive service and the kindness of the chef to split plates for us as we wanted to taste and share dishes. We started with the ceviche. The fish was of excellent quality and served with fresh seasonal fruit and citrus. Next we had the bone marrow - very generous portions and delicious. Our main courses were composed of red mullet served on a bed of sweet potato purée followed by the onglet with polenta. Both dishes were excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly and paired well with the sweet potato. The rich sauce was an unusual but interesting combination. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and was served with the same sauce as the fish. The polenta was rich and creamy and a nice change from ubiquitous frites. We shared a rich chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Drank a local Riesling and a recommended red from the Rhône valley with the steak. This is a restaurant with honest food made with care but what made the experience truly special was the attentive service and kindness of the chef. It is a restaurant where you immediately feel how much the staff and the chef who really want you to enjoy your meal. We would definitely be regulars if we lived in the area.
