The setting and service were excellent, even though the food looked promising, the taste was bland and flavourless. The broth that came with the fish had no flavour and the various interesting ingredients that accompanied the dishes were not discernable.

We are very sorry that you didn't appreciated the broth that came with the Amberjack. it's a very gentle broth made with fish bones, tomatoes and mussels. it's probably because you were drinkin a nice bottle of Nebbiolo, you didn't recognized the real flavour? just wondering...

The best restaurant in Perugia! Excellent food, wine and service. We ate here twice in 3 days! Highly recommend going and trying as many dishes as possible. Everything was outstanding and unique!! Grazie mille !!

Really nice restaurant. Food was great and had some interesting twists on traditional dishes. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the meal. Really recommend this place!

A very nice and trendy restaurant like there is no other in the old centre of Perugia. The food was great and the staff spoiled us. Only two tables outside. So don’t forget to mention your table preference when you book. Enjoy the excellent Franciacorta!

We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant, tucked away behind the cathedral . The staff were attentive. It not too intrusive, anc they were showed good knowledge of the dishes and the techniques in putting dishes together. Definitely worth a visit, the desserts were lovely !

Simple restaurant, quite minimalist but comfortable with well spaced tables. Knowledgeable staff who explained everything to us. Food was delicious and ‘different’.
