4.5/10I used to be a customer to Lucky Brothers but probably is the last time I go in this place. The food quality was good, just slightly lower than before but the service was awful: when we arrived sharp on time the table wasn’t ready and they cleaned up in a rush. We had to wait 30 minutes to take order for both food and drinks. 1h after finally food arrived but not the beer and the order taken was wrong. The cherry on the cake is that they didn’t apply any discounts despite showing them the email with the reservation and the promotion applied: “the discount applies only to the grillade” they said that was quite different then what was written in the promo “applies to the menu a la carte”. Pity because used to be a good place but surely never again.

2/10We order, eat, and when they bring us the bill no discount made (I had booked for -40%). I say that to them, and the waitress (who is not the one who brought us the menu at the beginninf) says: the discount was only in the “Grill” part, AS I SAID TO YOU. No one told us nothing until that moment about the offer… very dissappointed unfortunatelly :( Nothing written anywhere nor said. It’s a pity.

4/10All in All it was a low quality standard at the lucky brothers ins Geneva. The Service was slow and we had to ask several times for the drinks and later on for the bill as well. I ordered a classic burger with cheese. The burger was already cold and the meat was Not seasoned at all. Also the fries were cold. As a starter we ordered vegetarian croquettes and chicken tender slices. The slice were pretty good but the croquettes very oily and heavy. My girlfriend ordered a salad. No taste, not enough dressing. I would not recommend to go there. We paid almost 90 CHF for everything. Ridiculous !

6.5/10I think that we were mostly surprised that after the 50% discount the amount owed was still pretty high. The meat (burgers) were very well cooked, lacked seasoning though. Little to no salt or pepper. The poor waitress was running around to help everybody, felt bad for her. But she kept a smile. Will probably not come back for a meal, but its location is good enough to return for a beer or two.

6.5/10Waiters were nice and they spoke english, the food was decent but not amazing, burger is quite small in my opinion. The downside of this was that the discount from booking with “The Fork” was applied to just about half of the menu, to be more precise, for the tartars and the cheaper burgers. The steaks and the fancier burgers were not appliable to. The waitress told us from the start, so I domt blame them, but the problem was that we were left with a very narrow choice of menu items. Overall disappointed by the experience due to this.
