Everything was amazing- everything we ordered was unique- perfectly cooked and flavored. The service was very professional, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was upscale classy but very comfortable. We highly recommend! We came back the next night to hang out in the bistro- which was also fabulous. The food was just as amazing!

Great service, and really excellent food

We are New York foodies who were in the Selva area hiking for four days. We had dinner at Luis Eatery the first night and were blown away by the quality of the food. The following two nights we had dinner at Michelin-starred restaurants in the area and to be frank, they paled in comparison. We canceled our dinner plans for the last night and went back here. It didn't disappoint. Some standouts: 1) the mezze paccheri with guinea fowl ragout—sensational; 2) the porcini mushroom risotto—phenomenal and perfectly al dente; 3) the delicate caprese tortelli; 4) the Datterino and cherry gazpacho with amberjack crudo—unforgettable; 5) the veal fillet with 3-pepper sauce—cooked to perfect temp with tons of flavor. And the restaurant itself is beautifully designed and a pleasure to hang out in for a few hours. This is one I wouldn't miss if you're in this area of the Dolomites....

My family enjoyed our delicious dinner here sampling the local cuisine on our first night in town. Wonderful service, food and wine. Would recommend to anyone visiting Selva.

Everything about Luis Eatery was perfect! The food was incredible, the lighting/decor/ambiance were mountain modern and comfortable, service was friendly yet professional, and we could’ve eaten here every night (we went twice but would’ve been psyched to eat there every night)! Highly recommend.

Excellent food en good service! We liked the steak tartare, entrecote and desserts. If you look for fine dining this is a good choice in Selva di Val Gardena.

The stuff is super welcoming and the service is excellent Food is just amazing! Large choose of wine, nice relaxing atmosphere, the place where you want to come back again and again

One of those dinners when you come back home and keep talking about delicious food you have just tried Highly recommend Risotto with prawns Octopus Dessert composition of coffee nuts banana with whisky

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. I had the best creme brûlé ever in here. The venison was to die for. So tender and so tasty. My spouse got the lamb dish and it was exquisite. Will definitely return. Also did I mention it has great views of Sassolungo ????
