Perfect for a Sunday morning brunch with friends, outside in the shade with a nice Breeze and amazing view of the Tagus and bridge. A breadbasket, yoghurt with fresh food, several choices of eggs or pancakes, a juice and coffee. Brought to you at your table one after the other so you can enjoy the 2 hours that is reserved for you. Afterwards you can choose to visit the museums. A good way to start a hot and sunny day in Lisbon!

Food, service and beautiful place. Just be careful when you start to schedule using the Summer 50% discount since it can not be applied and you end up with a full bill. Make sure that the discount appears when you select the number of people and in the co confirmation email. Unfortunately we didn’t knew that and the bill was a surprise at the end.

My food was well prepared and delicious. My server was very attentive and friendly. My only grievance is that I had to wait to be seated when I had a confirmed reservation while walk in guests were seated right away, ahead of me.

## Disappointing Experience at Maat Café: Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Forgettable If you’re considering Maat Café for your next meal, think again. My recent visit was a masterclass in how to disappoint on every front. The food? Overpriced, bland, and clearly relying on the café’s prime location rather than any culinary merit. The Chicken Miso Salad was a particular low point: barely any chicken, and what little there was seemed more like an afterthought. The salad itself was made up of the tough, discarded bits that most people would throw away at home—definitely not what you expect when you’re paying a premium. The Beetroot Risotto was equally uninspired. It arrived looking sad and unfinished, with no garnish or care in presentation. The rice was soggy, and the flavor was as bland as the décor. “Meh” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Service was no better. Our waiter seemed completely checked out, forgetting our wine until we were halfway through the meal. At these prices, just skip.

This is now my go to restaurant— a trifecta—great food, water view, superb service by all. Paulo’s wine recommendations never disappoint. I go weekly now. A fresh oyster lover’s dream! Occasional discount on food 30-50% just sweetens the deal. (Weekend DJ for music ambiance too) Enjoy!
