+3I checked out Macambo in Barcelona the other night and it really surprised me. The ceviche was hands down the star of the table — super fresh, tangy, and with just the right kick of spice. I also went for the Ibérico pork anticuchos, and wow… smoky, tender, and full of flavor. They also serve some Japanese-inspired dishes like uramakis and nigiri, which was a fun twist, but when we asked for chopsticks they told us they’d run out — kind of strange given the menu. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirky details that stood out. Overall, though, the atmosphere is good, the staff is friendly, although at time it felt a bit rushed and the food really delivers.
