I was pleasantly surprised by Madame Pancake. The place is well-kept, welcoming, and has an atmosphere that immediately puts you in a good mood. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive without ever being intrusive. I really enjoyed the quality of the offerings: well-made coffee and an interesting selection of options, even for a quick break. Overall, the experience was very good. I’ll gladly come back.

Fresh food and friendly staff. Be warned that “swaps” cost extra : so if you are allergic to strawberries and ask to swap for another fruit you will be charged extra. No fair but this is their policy

It’s beat place to start your day with nice breakfast. The pancake was fluffy and delicious. The service was great and the stuff was amazing. I recommend it

Food was nice and good portions but only comes with 2/3 standard toppings others you need to add as extras so we felt like it wasn’t that good value for money. We waited for staff to come get our order quite a bit and when I stood up to ask if I should order at the till they responded rudely for me to sit down. Not much space in the cafe itself and it felt quite dirty, especially the toilet that were really filthy. Overall I expected better from seeing the reviews but other than food being half decent, it was a let down and I’m not usually a fussy person. We wouldn’t come back

We had a res even though we did not need it. They had many tables in the back, but the host ( a male) was wanting us to sit on a table with other people at the same table.. We asked if we could sit in the back area where there was some people but it seemed less crowded. He threw the menus on our table and we sat there for 25 minutes without service. I got his attention, he said "Oh YEAH" and he left again. We waited another 10 minutes and he took another tables order and still ignored us. He still never came back to our table. We finally just got up. As we left saying good bye, thank you for nothing. The others that worked there were saying good bye thank you, come back again, they never knew we never got served.. We were there for almost 45 minutes.. The reality is with service like this its not worth going there. Around the corner there are literally 2-3 other pancake houses. We ate at one of them and they were great!!!!! Never going to Madam Pancake again. They need new waitstaff

I had a vanilla chai latte with a vegan pancake. It was delicious, and the music was great 80’s - 90’s.

Lovely place. The pancakes were nice. The music was a bit too loud. One of the waiters was fantastic at his job.

Only pancakes available, no bowls. Tables really close together - crammed. Pancakes nice but need to cater better for allergens. Need more flexibility with options.
