A true hidden gem in Rouen! Madame is an incredible place where fine dining meets elegance. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The setting is chic yet welcoming, making it perfect for both special occasions and casual outings. What truly makes the experience exceptional is the service — especially thanks to Mateo and Steven, who were both incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was excellent. We liked all four of our dishes: Salmon tartare, terrine of duck, ribs with potatoes and ratatouille, and chicken with potatoes and salad. The restaurant is clean and welcoming; the server helpful and responsive to my food allergies.

A great bistro with a view of the sqaure. The deep-fried camembert 'starter' was truly amazing & fully reccommended - with far more things going on in it (walnuts, croutons, salad etc...) than you'd think from reading the description on the menu!

Having seen some reviews, we wondered whether we had been sensible in booking. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the very friendly service. We might even go back during our short stay in Rouen.

Very nice restaurant, the food is fresh and well presented. Modern interior and quite elegant however there was something that made it lack « cosyness »,, still a good place to visit! The house champagne by the glass was dry & with slightly pear fragrance, very good.

This is a French restaurant frequented by local French people! There is only French menu (which I love it means they are not a tourist trap)! Menu is seasonal, fresh, delicious and portions are quite big. The interior design is beautifully done, the space is big so you will have personal spaces. I highly recommend making a reservation before showing up.

Dinner was ok, but somewhat bland. Also missed vegetables with the dinner. The desserts were good. We had dinner madame (2) and dinner monsieur plus one kids dinner. Dinner madame had as mains pork and salmon. Dinner monsieur had entrecôte, as dessert we had chocolate mousse, crème brûlée and the caramel salted cream. The drinks were somewhat overpriced (kir royal (10.5) glasses of wine (7 rouge/ 5.5 white)and ice tea (3.5)

The restaurant is a pretty glass box decorated very well. The menu looks superb. Staff were friendly. However the food was vile. Soggy olives, mushy snails, steak tartare was mixed in some horrendous sauce. They even messed up simple chicken and chips. The bread wasn’t even fresh, and we are in France! Had cocktails, the pina colada was very sweet, the margarita was neither frozen or with ice or with salt, we left very hungry. This is a superb venue, but someone with cooking skills needs to be employed.
