2/10Poor service. We had three waiters throughout the night and had to flag them down each time.. The food was under-seasoned and overpriced.

Hi Kate, I'm really sorry about it, I did not have this feeling at all about your experience. The dishes you ordered are the best sellers and we served them multiple time. We did not have any complaint from you or other guests yesterday. Not sure why you felt a lack of attention...our restaurant is not the place where you usually experience this, we are very dedicated to our guests with passion and recommendations.

5/10From the outside it looks like a nice, cosy restaurant. The staff was very friendly but the food was just really really bad in all aspects. Quality wise and price wise. The food was not fresh, no taste. The cooked and the raw ham was already turning white and had an old taste. You can't tell me they cut that freshly back there in the kitchen. The menu is outdated, as well as the music on the background. But these are small things compared to the lack of taste. Just because you are Italian does not mean that you are a chef or can cook.

10/10The food here tastes so good, authentic, home made, words don’t adequately describe how good the food is. The tiramisu is a must, the story on their recipe needs to be heard and beyond that the taste is superb .

10/10It was very nice. Good wine selection and very nice staff. Very authentic and great atmosphere. The chef came to our table for the tiramisu. If you're looking for a authentic Italian/sicilian place this is the place to be.

9.5/10One of the most satisfying dining experiences this year. Food very delicious, Staffs very friendly and also very attentive. We did not have to wait too long between meals and when we needed them. Really nothing to complain. Will definitely go back when I'm in the Hague.

8/10We had a nice meal and portions were generous. There was however sand in my salad: it was in the middle of a ring of vitello tonnato. The staff apologized as they buy the salad already cleaned and offered to bring me another salad.

10/10Made in Sud is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always excellent and Carmine and Barbara are so kind and welcoming. The lasagna, seafood selections, and pizza are personal favorites and the tiramisu is fresh made and delicious. Highly recommended!

10/10Delicious food, friendly and attentive service and nice ambiance. This is a gem in The Hague city center and one of our go to favorite places. The fish special (corvina) with a Mediterranean salsa was very tasty. The tiramisu is unique with marscapone and lady fingers drizzled with espresso and sambuca and dusted with cocoa.

2/10This restaurant is a 0/10! The manager was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever come across. You just don’t expect people to refuse giving you water. She told us we can only have water, if we have wine. Which is illegal. For someone that works in catering myself, I could not believe the customer service this woman had and then to find out she was the manager. Goes to show why she was working on her own and had only 2 customers in a huge restaurant.

2/10Disappointed. Cheap and fake ambiance. Old fashioned, old furniture, old cutlery… Food was deceiving and the fake carbonara was a big miss. The staff was impolite, slow, disorganized, creating this fake Italian ambiance with random shouts. I regret our choice.

10/10This is the best meal we have had in a long time. We went for the reasonable 3 course set meal and a really nice bottle of wine. Service was great and the food was amazing. When we visit again we will definitely be back

10/10We chose to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary at Made in Sud because it is one of our favorite restaurants. Carmine took good care of us and made it a special day for us. The veal, steak, bruschetta, tiramisu and wine were superb!

10/10We liked this restaurant! Good and ambiance, as well service. Glad to have found it through Google, otherwise it's situated in a small side alley where we wouldn't had walked by. It's also very convenient to reserve a table via thefork.

8.5/10The place is really very cozy and the staff very efficient and polite. We were 8 and some of us had food restrictions, we were very pleasantly surprised that the chef came out himself to clear and verify that everything would be as desired!! Definitely going again.

10/10The veal feature was one of the best I’ve had, high quality, a great blend of flavors, and nice presentation. The Italian cheesecake was delicious and the service is friendly and attentive.
