9/10The options to add extra was FREE is for sure a bonus. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The flavor taste like it has some artificial enhancer added. It doesn't taste completely made from pork bone broth but it was still delicious. It's hard to find authentic outside Japan and able to find this restaurant with the décor in Lisbon was for sure a bonus. My friend who lives in Belgium who doesn't encounter too much ramen definitely liked the atmosphere and food quality. Overall is a good place to hang out with friends. The setting is nicely organized and the noodle is good texture and quality.

9/10Delicious food, the ramen is, no doubt, one of the best I had in Lisbon. Service wise, if the house is full, count on wating more than expected to have your order taken in. Staff a bit unorganised, but warm and welcoming. The environment is cozy and pitoresque. There could be a few more hangers for coats and bags, since there are more stools than chairs and there's only one hanger per two tables, specially on the row of tables for two people. Will come back, for sure

7.5/10Had a nice ramen, felt the broth was missing flavour, the quantity was perfect and the ingredients felt fresh. The service was a bit chaotic , too many people for the amount of servants and what seemed like a limited sized kitchen, there were some table waiting for over 20 minutes for the starters. The space itself if nicely decorated, although there are far too many tables for the allowed spaces. I understand that more tables means more revenue, but a sitting on table near he counter and being constantly bumped into and noticing how the people serving the food had to do obstacle course to get to the tables and on worst still the paying area is right in the middle of the passageway , totally impossible to circulate when someone is paying and it shows on the service. Will come back, but felt a bit that with was yet another restaurant riding the hype of ramen in Lisbon.

10/10I made a reservation for my birthday and this restaurant is simply amazing. From the food, the music (totoro from studio ghibli was on), the decorations, the staff. 5 stars! I will definitely come back! Thank you for let letting us have such an amazing experience!

9/10The restaurant appears very popular as it was really busy throughout our whole experience. The decor seems really authentic and I felt like I was in Japan. The food was really delicious and very filling with good quality products. The ramen broth was so good... the staff were really friendly and helpful but service was a little slow due to the restaurant being busy and popular. It was a very good experience and I would love to go back.

10/10This place is very nice. The ambience is very cozy which makes it perfect for any occasion. The staff were the nicest and service was fast. The price/quality/quantity ratio is good. I recommend you make a reservation for it is very popular. I will eat there again :)

8/10The food was good, but we heard a lot of people complaining about the time to be served. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We only had the ramen, I would not say it took so long. But the ambient is really overcrowded. Too many tables for the space available. Not recommended for claustrophobic people.
