Love the rooftop and the ambiance of the restaurant. We had some drinks from the rooftop then after that we had a dinner in the restaurant itself. Maio Milan is very much recommemded as the staff were attentive and the food we ordered were superb .

This restaurant is on my list for Rome - I visited it several times. The food is very good but almost every time I was disappointed by the quality of the service starting from the front desk staff, arrogant and dismissive.

We came here to dine with a good view of Rome. Unfortunately, we could not go to the bar on the floor above the restaurant. We were early for our reservation, but it was not busy, and the hostess said that we could stay as long as we liked. So we stayed over an hour in order to watch the sunset. The food was ok, but the selection was pretty small. There wasn't much that appealed to us and it was really expensive for what we got.

We booked our brunch service sold on the rooftop experience but when we arrived we were told the rooftop was closed until later in the afternoon. Our server, Natalia, was rude and anytime we tried to get her attention she would hide behind a pillar. We always had to ask other servers if we had questions or needed to Order additional plates. We ordered (2) ribeye chimichurri in rare and medium, but the ribeye quality was awful. It was very hard to cut through with the butter knife that we were given or even chew.. We were two adults and three children and charged a 17.50 service charge, when the children barely ate and the service was awful. I would not recommend.
