The staff were great - really friendly and very helpful. This restaurant only serves chulliton (bone-in ribeye) with fries and salad. Pate with bread to start and a couple of deserts or a cheese plate. House wine served in a huge bottle and you’re charged for what you drink. It’s a great experience and well worth the very reasonable tariff. Great quality.

Great concept. Simplicity at its best. The only thing I would love to be slightly different is to allow longer dry aging time for the meat so enzymes can do the job better.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maison Carne in Girona, and it was a truly unforgettable experience! My partner and I shared the 1 kg steak, which was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor—an absolute delight for any meat lover. The portion size was more than generous, and sharing it made the experience even more special. We paired the steak with their crispy chips and fresh salad, which were the perfect complements to the rich and hearty meat. To start, we indulged in their pâté, which was creamy, smooth, and absolutely divine. we had the local wine . and it was really good 😊 👍 The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a friendly and attentive staff that made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Maison Carne is definitely a must-visit for anyone in Girona who appreciates great steak and excellent service. Highly recommended! don't expect anything more than steak 🥩. simple but good.

A carnivore’s heaven!! Excellent restaurant with great service, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Pate to start was delicious, followed by incredible chargrilled steak and amazing!! chips and salad. Wine by the centimetre was a novel idea but works beautifully and tastes really nice. Delicious cheese plate to finish. Even the coffee was amazing. Do not miss this gem of a restaurant while visiting Girona!!

The best T-bone steak in Girona and probably one of the restaurants with the most spacious tables in Girona. Great meat knives.

The restaurant serves only one sort of meat and there’s nothing else in the menu, but stuff warn about it. Meat is excellent quality, but cooked rare by default, if you don’t like rare cooked meat you can use special individual little cast iron grill to cook until done to your liking.
