7.5/10The 20% Fork discount can only be applied on Beef or Cassoulet instead of any of the dishes in their ala carte menu. Price of dishes is considerably expensive.

9/10The Cassoulet and the Toulouse sausage are so good! For dessert I will recommend the crème brûlée. It gets very busy in the evening so do book a table before.

7/10The place is a nice bistro with great pics and pleasant staff. The cassoulet though was rather stuffy than pleasant to eat, it was ok. The Toulouse salad was made with nice gizzards and duck magrets but the salad leaves were old - even I tried to sort them out - and I ended up with non pleasant number 2 in the following hour

10/10I tried the local dishes, and they were delicious. The duck heart in the Salade Toulousaine was very tender. Cassoulet is a hearty meal, but I enjoyed it all the same even we are already in late spring. Staff is warm and welcoming.

9/10A very organized operation and everyone was friendly to the customers. Great fun. I had two salads but both were terrific. The appetizer salad came with thin duck slice and walnuts, etc. and a great dressing. The cassoulet came with a bib leaf salad with a terrific garlic dressing, delicious. The cassoulet was good tasting (and presumably authentic) but seemed heavy to me. I make it at home without breadcrumbs but with Virginia country ham, link sausage (sadly not Toulouse) and homemade duck confit. All that said, I urge you to try this place.

10/10We were recommended this restaurant by my son’s friend. It was exactly what we hoped for. We were in Toulouse for a rugby match. Wanted to eat authentic cassoulet and that’s what we did. The ambience, the service and the food were all exceptional. Will definitely recommend.

10/10One of the best meals we've had in Toulouse. Do not sleep on the cassoulet. Service and ambience were great and it's very conveniently located in the city center.

3/10Despicable service. Told us they can’t make steak or canard fillet from the menu and then served it to 2 other tables 5 minutes later. Just unbelievable . Cassoulet was good, but steak tartare was really bad. The way they treated us ruined the experience.

7/10Food was good, portion were good as well. Service on the other hand is hot and cold depending who you are talking to and when. They make sure you do not stay an extra second in your seat. Prices are not cheap considering this is Toulouse and not Paris but still reasonable with the quality and quantity. Be careful at the payment tho, I had a bad experience and now while looking back feel like I might have been slightly scammed. Cashier first “forgot” to include the discount. Then asked me “How much?” was the discount while there is only one, so it’s not like there is something to consider here. Then cashier asked bartender said drinks are not included, which I was aware. But then cashier asked bartender, desserts aren’t included in discounts right (which NOW I’m finding out they obviously were) which bartender hesitantly confirmed. Then cashier pushed by asking “Starters aren’t included either right?” Which got me triggered and to what bartender said no no it’s ok! So clearly they are making sure you get as little discount as you can while fishing you in. I made sure to tip them 5% (which in france is a lot) as apparently they needed the money. Food was good but service and cashier experience make overall the experience pretty negative and quite tourist trappy. Wouldn’t suggest, wouldn’t return tho we had a good time.

9/10This place is a part of local community. You go there and you find yourself in the middle of extremely crowded place. Local crowded... Food is very much local and traditional. It is good+ fot me. Now, I like the food a big more modern and with more fresh veggies.... But.... This is not what the occitan food is. So, this is the quey. Are you ready to explore and (maybe) not be amazed, or are you more into safe everyday food of yours? Be careful answering and acting on your wishes.... ????????????

10/10We particularly enjoyed the traditional French dishes (Cassoulet, Duck contido) and red wine. The waiters were extremely nice too. Needless to say, I can only recommend eating there.

7/10It’s not the same quality in noon!? Cassoulet doesn’t taste fresh, got a little stone in my cassoulet that almost broke my teeth! the steak is very good tho. Better go at evening. The older guy is very friendly, but the others looks just cold.

10/10This restaurant is lovely and delivers a delicious cassoulet. In Toulouse, one must have the cassoulet and we enjoyed a magnificent dinner here. The service was great and the food was very very good. We only thought the cassoulet could be spicier. It was delicious, no less. Our entrees were divine and the wine was perfect.

8.5/10Visited this restaurant as it was nearby where we were staying, and wanted to have proper cassoulet. Staff very pleasant and good service. Restaurant had nice atmosphere. Had shared starter of pate which was very good. Cassoulet good flavour and plentiful, though a little on the dry side for us.
