We went for lunch and I will recommend this place to lock friends. The food was delicious, the deserts look marvellous and have their own taste. I enjoyed the catch of the day and savoured the lime mousse with a hint of mint. We had a great chat with the chef and learnt a lot about the place and their enthusiasm for food. Don't let yourself be put off by the location and the engineering work, the restaurant is accessible and has a couple of parking spaces and buses are stopping nearby. Looking forward to returning soon.

Terrific food! We have been coming here for a while from time to time. Today we happen to be the first guests, and the chef produced some excellent and beautifully looking plates with a distinct Ukrainian touch. Highly recommended!

Nice and cozy place, the waiter didn't speak a good english but he made an effort trying to understand us and explain some of the dishes. Very nice food, a bit too expensive for european standard but totally in line with Swiss standard. Highly recomended

We ordered the chicken Kiev and the grilled perch. The perch was the highlight of the meal! I would return just to have it again. We also ordered the strawberry mousse for 13 CHF and were surprised to learn AFTER the meal that desserts are not included in the promo pricing. Service was very friendly, and we managed to get by with our waiter’s helpful attempt to speak English with us. Atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Overall, a very good experience for our first meal in Lausanne.

The place was very busy, probably also because of the nice discount from the Fork. Food was Ukrainian style and pretty good, it was a nice experience and we had a good dinner. Even though we waited a little sometimes they honestly did a good job with the service considering the restaurant was full. Definitely a good place to try.

The whole street of the restaurant is unfortunately being completely renovated. However, the curtains blocked the whole sight and was much more pleasant because of this. We were welcomed, service was friendly and without a wait. We ordered appetizers, our main courses was beautifully prepared and was delicious. We ordered a Mille Feuille for dessert, the best and lightest we have evened eaten. Hats off to the Chef/owner and his wife. We highly recommend Maison 66. This restaurant is Ukrainian owned and should be supported. Great family owned business.

Food was excellent as always, we just had to wait 30 minutes for the table dispite reservation as there were lots of people on saturday evening and for this time the desserts were excluded from the discount. Never the less a great experience as always ????????

My wife’s description of the poulet: the best chicken dish she has ever tasted—locally sourced and perfectly cooked. I had the perch from Lake Geneva—also perfectly cooked. The chef and his wife prepare the menu, and he waits the tables, providing a thorough description of the provenance and preparation of each dish. We had the mousse made with seasonal fruit for dessert. The answer to the question “what fruit?” was to point to a display cabinet that appeared to have plastic fruit. They were actually samples of the mousses each formed in the shape of its fruit. When the strawberry mousse arrived, it was a simple mousse surrounding strawberry compote encased in a strawberry flavored shell. Impeccable. You’ll enjoy this restaurant.
