We chose this place because it offered earlier than usual dinner booking times, starting from 6pm. We arrived at our appointed time, restaurant was mostly empty with one other table with two customers. Food was delicious however our dish took more than 45 minutes to arrive at our table. We wish we had been informed of this delay when we placed the order. Thank you.

The food is tasty and of high quality. The owner is very friendly and kind, and makes you feel at home. She shows how to eat the food (with your hands with the help of a wonderful flat bread). A small restaurant in Bernex, worth the “detour”!

Very colorful dish. Excellent meal! Since I’m celiac, gluten free is top priority. Here you can be guaranteed that it’s totally gluten free!! They use Teff flour, it’s a plant originating from Ethiopia.

Very good value for money, which is unusual in Geneva! We have never been to an Ethiopian restaurant before, and there was no explanation from the waiter. When the waiter did speak it was very difficult to understand as he mumbled his words. He spent a lot of his time sitting outside with friends and not paying attention. However he was a young boy and could have been on work experience. The other waiter was more attentive. The food was good and we would go back again.
