The food is amazingly good, the dishes are well though, generous quantities and very tasteful. What we disliked was the noise on the restaurant, it was full and we could barely talk with each other, and probably as a consequence of the amount of people, the waiting time was too much. Overall it was more than 30 minutes between dishes and we had to ask many times for it, plus we saw other tables that arrived later than us being served first. The second employee we got was the saver of the all experience, super nice and attention with us. I would return and still recommend it, the food was that amazing.

8.5/10Nice atmosphere and good service. The bread is good. The foie Gras was superb. My husband likes the steak with bone marrow and my son enjoyed his duck breast. The octopus I ordered was not the right texture and a bit bland though.

8/10I went to the restaurant with my kids. Foods were great. The waiter gave my kids pictures and color pencils to color while waiting for food. Super nice!

10/10We've been coming to this restaurant for years, it's our favorite one in Strasbourg! The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere charming, and the service always very friendly! And they have fabulous wines by the glass too!

10/10We had another perfect evening out at Mamama! This is our very favorite local restaurant: for its delicious food, friendly service and charming atmosphere! This time we had the sea bream (daurade), and it was exquisite! Our daughter was unable to join us for dinner, but the waitress kindly made us a tarte flambée to go for her, another example of the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you so much! We will be back!

We found this restaurant by chance. It was raining and so we used the Fork to help us find a good restaurant close to our location. And we were certainly not disappointed. We travel a lot between Denmark and Spain, approximately 100 nights a year. And this little restaurant is one of the best we've been to in a long time. We chose 4 different dishes from the menu. Foie Gras, Tuna tartar, squid and duck and dessert. And ALL the dishes were wonderful, truly gourmet dishes and a delight for the palate and the eye. And both the male and female waiters were super good and attentive, even though they were very busy. We will definitely come again next time we pass through Strasbourg.

10/10This has been our very favorite restaurant for several years now! The food is delicious and the service is great too! We like the range of food available: fancier things for my husband and me (like trout and duck with amazing sauces), and simpler things like burgers and tartes flambées for our daughters. With the warmer weather, we were able to enjoy eating outside again, which made for a perfect evening!

4/10Food + 25cl wine was 70€ for 2, so we expected a decent meal. Service was extremely slow and we waited almost an hour for the main course before asking, and they somehow lost our order even though we got the starters. Food was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. We ate cheaper and better in Paris. They appear to have a separate menu for The fork users.

Dear client, Sorry to hear there was a problem concerning your table, especially with the main courses. The staff forgot to "ask for the main". If you take wine, starters, main courses (and you don't say what you took), maybe water or coffee, for two people, I don't see why 70 euros is a problem ... It is not a fast food, we sell good products, that we ourselves buy at a certain price. Of course you can find cheaper, but lets compare what can be ! And there is no menu dedicated to fork users : this is strickly forbidden. The only thing is that the reduction is not on the lunch formula (but you can take it even if you come with the fork, it is just that there won't be a reduction on it ... It is everywhere the same). 10/10This is our very favorite restaurant in Strasbourg due to its extraordinarily friendly service and absolutely delicious food! We had their new trout dish -- exquisite! -- and our daughter had one of their yummy burgers. We were also happy to be able to order really high quality wine by the glass! And to cap it all, the discount we received thanks to booking through the Fork made our meal very good value for money! We will be back! ;)

10/10This has been one of my favorite restaurants for a while, but this was the first time we went there for lunch rather than for dinner. They had a lunch special which was very good value for money, and everything was just as delicious as ever! Love love love this place!

5.5/10To visit the restaurant was a mixed experience. Regarding the service: we felt the waiter hurried us. The English menu overview did not include the selection of beers they sell, After a long day in Strasbourg we came with phones low on battery, so we asked for a menu overview on paper (we both asked for over for the food and one for the wine, beer etc.), and we only received a menu for the food. When we had to pay our waiter - another one than the one who hurried us - gave us a good service: she could see we hadn't enjoyed one of our orderings (the duck breast) and she gave us a 20% discount on the duck. Regarding the food: 3 out of four orderings were good. One of the three - the trout - lacking a bit of salt - but we asked for salt and got it. The taste was good. We did not enjoy the duck breast. We feel pretty confident that it was cut in the wrong direction as it was really hard to chew. Regarding the atmosphere: Outside of the restaurant it was really cozy. Inside it was ok, but the temperature was really high, and the inside has a smell of cigarette (I just want to underline that I didn't see anybody smoke!). All in all: a mixed experience.

10/10This is our very favorite restaurant! Everything was perfect, as always: delicious food, super-friendly service, lovely ambiance! We love the range of food and drinks available, from burgers & tartes flambées to much fancier meals, as well as a variety of cocktails, beer and wine! This place is great for a romantic meal as a couple, a family meal, or a party with friends! We're looking forward to eating outside on the lovely terrasse when the weather improves!
