Food, service and vibe was great until later when strange groups of men arrived flashing money and girls and a little ostentatious from that moment on but until then was amazing!

Customer service via WhatsApp were very accommodating however service in the restaurant not so much. Very chaotic and we had to ask twice to be given menus. They ran out of certain dishes and we only found out when they weren’t brought to the table and we again had to ask where they were! Overpriced for what it was. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back.

Was my 2nd time having a dinner meeting at Mamamia Paris. My dinner meeting was on Thursday Jan 29 2026. The first time I visited Mamamia was wonderful, the food was great & the entertainment is what made it a repeat for me & my business. Here are the major issues with my 2nd visit: - No communication when making reservation that the ADVERTISED entertainment for Thursday (from your website: Every Thursday, The energy of a unique Venetian evening in Paris on 2 floors! Masked party, Ciao Bella offers the most incredible entertainment, accompanied by a journey through Italian gastronomy for a perfect festive dinner. Extend the evening in our new hidden club bar, @cosanostra.paris, a trendy Parisian night club to the rhythm of world-renowned DJs.) THERE WAS NO ENTERTAINMENT AND THERE WAS NO NIGHTCLUB OPEN, only a DJ. -the food was mediocre to say the least, and some cold. -the 200 euro hold on the credit card is a joke. Summary: disappointing food & no entertainment = no return

The food was very taste! The service excellent & the staff very friendly! The only thing is that the plates came all together and the risotto for example gets cold until you try it. We will visit again the mama Mia!

The only good things are DJ and abu bakar, the wine guy was trying to rip us off, we wanted a white wine bottle for around 100-150 euros, but he offered us a 2500 euro bottle, it was very disrespectful as he didn’t even take into account what we wanted in terms of price range, didn’t even ask, just tried to sell us the most expensive bottles he had. I’m never visiting again solely because of him.

The price is to high for what we got. 2 hours for an evening is a very short time and they rashed us to pay and leave. I wont come again

I organise events and events in Italy mainly. As quality of food the restaurant is perfect. We ate the Bar and the plate is top. We also had the Pain Perdu to recommend. The service is fast and very good but the music and the DJ are not top. They need an uplift

I recently dined at this restaurant with high expectations, there were a few reasons why I feel my expectations were not met. When booking there were countless emails and texts sent to confirm my booking. I had confirmed days prior so I felt this was unnecessary. Myself and my partner were very tired after travelling and decided to sit down have some dinner and head off for an early night. We couldn’t quite understand the waiter when he mentioned a minimum charge during our meal. The waiter added up our bill and said that we should make the rest of the money up in drinks, pressuring us to spend more to hit the minimum spend. We came to the realisation on Saturdays there is a minimum spend of €150 per person. My bill was roughly €140. I was shocked by this and refused ‘keep drinking’. The waiter that was dealing with our dining experience was very understanding and spoke to his manager who agreed to let us leave. Personally I think it was wrong to begin with.

Maybe have the waiters focus on service instead of multiple failed attempts to hype the atmosphere. It took 15 mins for someone to bring menus. 20 mins for checking if we need more drinks. Main course was forgotten. Charging high rates should come with value. Place was less than half full on a Saturday night.

The beginning of the experience was great, service started very well, and music was good. Food was lovely, (quite a limited menu a few of my friends found it difficult to find something) However as the place got busy we were all of a sudden handed the bill with no warning, still with drinks to finish and rushed to pay with the waiter hanging over us with card machine from the second he gave us the bill and also rudely told a table of our size (6 people) must pay 20% tip (not included on bill) we had extra drinks on our bill that we didn’t have, he wasn’t happy that we asked for these to be taken off. When our tip didn’t add up to the full 20% that he ASKED for (which would have come to €120) he dismissed us with a really rude hand gesture and removed us from the table with drinks still in our glasses.

The food was really disappointing. Do not order the milanaise — it’s overpriced for what it is, and all you taste are the breadcrumbs. The ambiance was just okay. The DJ wasn’t bad but kept changing the mood too quickly, and no one ended up dancing. To make things worse, there was gum stuck under the table. The service was the worst part. Our waiter was extremely rude. When we tried to politely explain that the food wasn’t good, they ignored us completely. We ordered dessert and it arrived over an hour later. On top of that, the waiter charged us more than what we had actually ordered, without asking. Overall, a really bad experience — I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Yesterday was my daughter’s 18 birthday, she was very happy to celebrate it in Paris. However, the staff at the restaurant was very rude and made this experience bad.

I was informed that they only serve wine by bottles and they have 2 different prices. I was given a wine menu and the cheapest one was 470€ then given another menu with same bottle for 100 something euro. The food was not that good at all. The atmosphere is good but i will definitely not come back again.

Book the reservation online received multiple confirmations made me input my credit card information. When we got to the restaurant, the bouncer said they didn’t have our reservation would not allow us to go in said they were completely booked. Just a disappointing experience overall.

We had a reservation at MAMAMIA Restaurant in Paris. When booking, it stated that the minimum spending requirement was €100 per person on weekdays and €150 per person on weekends. We made a reservation for a weekday. However, when we arrived, they told us that the minimum spending requirement was actually €150 per person. We were forced to spend that amount; otherwise, we had to pay a €50 per person cancellation fee. Additionally, the show starts at 10:30 PM. If you want to watch the entire show, it costs €300 per person. Otherwise, you are only allowed to stay for two hours for €150 per person. I find this absolutely outrageous.

They informed us about minimum spend when we arrived. They didn’t have 3 dishes which is a lot because they kinda have a small menu. Didn’t pay attention once people they know or bigger tables came.

Waiters not polite looks we should have say thanks to them. Ordered a steak and it was not even ask the level of cooking. No water on the table but the waiter always forgot to refill the water.

It was okay. Food was quite cold, we were one of 3 tables booked. Said there was a show which was 2 women just walking around in bikini. Dj was good. Then staff just didn’t seem to care. It was my last night in Paris and came here for my birthday so left a little disappointed
