the food was tasty and well presented. Slow and relaxing mood. We were with foreign friends on their first visit to the city, they enjoyed the food and stay. I'll surely return and highly recomend Mamapuglia.🙂

I returned a full plate of bombette Pugliese, not good at all. Even my husband, who eats everything didn’t want them. Tasted weird. I then asked if I could get a small plate of calamari but was charged for a full plate. I complained to management and he refunded me, said he wasn’t aware.

Good food, friendly staff. However, upon arrival, the waiter seated us in the restaurant across the street and gave us two menus to choose from. Turns out there are two Mama Pulia restaurants, which have different menus. All of this was quite confusing, but it was not such a big problem for us.

Food was indeed great, the wait for antipasti was almost nothing, but for main courses we had to wait quite a bit. Biggest no no for me was QR menu, I like physical menu, I need to see it, compare and so, but I have online menu. Service was not so good, mostly because of the lack of servers, they were running and working hard, but for this amount of people it was not enough. Overall I might come back in the future, but only if there is more people working

The guy serving was very nice and helpful, he also speaks English very well. The food selection is quite limited, the obligatory ones were brought, but if you want a fantastic gastronomic experience, do not choose this restaurant. The octopus was a bit chewy, the shrimp in the salad was delicious and fresh, but had an uncharacteristic taste. The children ate a trio of fried octopus, squid and crab, which was fine. I liked the tiramisu. The prices are a bit excessive.

The wait staff was very attentive and spoke English. It’s among the best service I’ve had during my stay in Italy. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable.

A lovely place. Attentive and helpful waiters. Excellent food: taliata, pasta, calamari, bruschetta, dessert. Exceptional wine at a decent price. I recommend with love.

The service was appalling. We were fobbed off with some bread after waiting 35 mins for drinks. We only wanted a main course which took 1hr10mins to arrive. The salad was small and sizzling beef was a cheap cut and very fatty. We were bitterly dissatisfied don’t bother going. No apology or engagement by staff

Food was very good, not extraordinary, but really good- what you usually wait from the place with local Italian cuisine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason for not rating 10/10 is that I used 20% discount offer, however, somehow the amount to pay was as no discount would be applied. Unpleasant surprise- 2 EUR charged for the bottle of tap water. This will stop me from going there again.

The restaurant is increasing the prices above the ones in the menu before offering the Fork Festival discounts. Therefore The Fork discounts are a lie????

Lovely ambient, lively street, it's beautiful to sit outside with some wine. Services is kind but the place can get very crowded, booking on a weekend is a must. Appetizer plates are abundant, prices are average.

The waiters were nice and spokr proper english. We ordered everything but it took some time to get our food. My octopus was hot but the potato under it was cold. The cocktails we had were not the best. Overall the food tasted good and it was a nice dinner experience.

Great food, excellent service! Orecchiette with pomodorini was delicios, same refers to mixed fried sea food, octopus, cheesecake. Antipasti tagler with salami, cheese and vegetables is great for sharing.
