This was the third time I went to Mamma Pazzo. In the first two, food was excellent but, for the last one, food was less than reasonable: tasteless. It was a disappointing experience.

We waited at the welcome sign by the doorway for five minutes while three members of staff stood talking to one another and ignored us. The hostess when she finally arrived was rude. The pasta was overcooked and oily. The cocktail was sugary and not as it should be. The espresso was excellent. The waiter was okay until he was paid, then unfriendly. We felt extremely unwelcome in the restaurant. I was very disappointed given the excellent reviews. This was not what we expected.

We were given a terrible table in the back area where catering equipment had been dumped. It was also very cold. I think they had messed up the booking as there was a lot of consultation between staff before we were given the awful table. Pizza was absolutely disgusting. A thin factory-made base covered in vast amounts of cheap stodgy cheese. It was inedible. My partner's pasta wasn't much better. The decor was tacky in the extreme. The two waiters were pleasant. Don't go near this place. Horrendous.

The food was great! Service - very poor. We waited 20 minutes for drinks to be served. My friend asked for whiskey, and the waiter asked him if he had any allergies :)))

The decor was crazy, yet amazing and the service was fast! We loved the presentation of the pasta which came in a novelty Colosseum bowl!

Stunning restaurant, food and drinks were amazing, staff caring and attentive. So glad we visited this little gem, would definitely return if visited Valencia again!

We had high hopes for Mamma Pazzo, but unfortunately, our visit was a major letdown. The atmosphere was non-existent, and the restaurant felt more like a sauna than a dining space, the AC was clearly not working, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sit through the meal. To make matters worse, all of our food arrived cold. The lasagna was not only cold but also burnt, which made it inedible. Despite trying to flag down our server multiple times, the waitstaff repeatedly walked past our table and offered no attention or assistance. Between the oppressive heat, cold and poorly prepared food, and inattentive service, this was a very disappointing experience. It seemed that they were more interested in people video taping for social media than anything else.

Loved the vibe of the place. Spinach appetizer was amazing. Service staff was friendly but I never did get the glass of wine I ordered.

I don't eat meat and it was difficult to find dishes, especially pizzas, without it.

The bolognese dish was a lump of dry and chewy pasta with one drop of bolognese sauce. Expensive and definitely not worth it.

Ambience was great, service also good. We waited over an hour for the sea bass for two which was longer than we were told it would take. The fish came with no sides .. just fish. The sirloin steak was tiny, very overpriced and disappointing. Stick to pasta and pizza.
