Great evening at mammara! Chef prepared a delicious assortment of appetizers. Favorites included the fried shrimp, marinated anchovies, and fish cakes. Entrees delicious as well and the homemade pistachio ice cream and deconstructed cannoli were superb. Excellent wines. Book this restaurant ASAP!

Truly excellent food at this Sicilian-based restaurant. Lots of seafood on the menu, too. I had a plate of "involtini" made from swordfish (in which very thin slices of fish were wrapped around a stuffing and lightly fried. It was out of this world -- the fish remained tender despite the cooking process.

Very unexpected. Looked for somewhere near to the Weston Palace hotel and came upon this by chance. Fantastic food, Sicilian but with a very modern twist and very charismatic and charming owners and staff. Would recommend.

So glad we found this place. Food ambiance and service was terrific. We even love the glasses they served the beverages in and we bought a few to take home. Was so close to our hotel so it was a short delightful walk on our last free night in Milan. Don’t pass it by!

Excellent Sicilian seafood restaurant. The chef patron provided a really personal service explaining and recommending dishes. Service was impeccable, food delicious.
