Food, ambiance, service

The manager lady was very rude to us. No one ever came to take our order after waiting for so long. Several other customers were all complaining that they never got served. People were walking out. We found out from a couple of the employees that the lady manager was new and it was her first day there. She told all the employees to not take and orders. That she was the only one that could take the orders. She wanted to handle everything. The employees that were there were very nice and apologetic. I felt bad for them cause they were just following the rude lady managers orders. She needs to get replaced immediately! Cause I’ve eaten there before and the pizza is great. Please fire that manager lady. She was very rude and she obnoxious!

Servis is good, food is well, but lasagna was little burned.

Food was good, nice cuts of meat, but steaks were missing proper sear. Ambient is nice, good for families. Toilet door is dirty. Promising place, but I think they are understaffed; we had a reservation, but we had to wait a while to place an order.

The service was nice, the food unfortunately not. We got our antipasto still frozen and the row salmon.

One of the best pizza’s I ever had in Milan. Very nice Prosecco too and good bruschetta. Outstanding service.

Loved this restaurant it was so good! The pizza was unreal! I highly recommend we also had the ravioli- super delicious

have to say, the service was so bad, in the end it just became funny. i think we came in with all servers new. they all looked confused the entire time that we started getting confused. dropping thing on our table other tables asked for, giving our bill to the next one, etc. at some point a classic breaking of glasses happened right in front of everyone. to top it all of, there was hair in my carbonara. i probably won’t go back

The staff were super nice and friendly. We felt welcomed and the service was attentive but not to much ''in your face''. Over all great value for money plus location is great.
