10/10We have been going to Mandela for a number of years and it is our favourite restaurant in the Lisbon 💃 area. We live in Lisbon six months a year. The food is just spectacular. We had the Pecora‘s for an appetizer and they made a special sauce for us as we don’t have sugar in our diet. We had a couple of guess who came with us who thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

10/10My wife and I walk 5 hours to the restaurant and back to home. The food and service is worth every of the 32000 steps. The spices, the taste is amazing. The server was so friendly, and accommodating. We have been to this restaurant a dozen times and we are going back many many more times

7/10To start, the name of the place and the sign outside doesn't match, makes it hard to find the place. Secondly, waiter isn't welcoming or friendly or attentive, paying attention to other stuff. but the food was great

10/10My wife and I spend six months a year in Lisbon. This is one of our very favourite restaurants. Flavours are absolutely amazing. The service is second to none. We are going back with a group on Saturday night. Give it a try. You won’t regret it.

9.5/10We moved to this bairro a year ago and were excited that there was a vegan restaurant. But when we went, there is another restaurant here. I made a reservation on the Fork at Mandala and when we arrived and told them this, they gave us a different menu! So it is basically a restaurant inside a different restaurant. Weird, but now we finally know that if you go into the Indian place at this address, it is also the vegan place. OK, so the menu is confusing as hell. But we got the steamed and the spicy momos and the bau buns--all absolutely fantastic. My malai kofta were dry, but there was a lot of tasty sauce. The noodles were also really good. Great experience.

10/10Last time we were at Mandala we walked over 20 km. It was worth every step. Today we invited our best friend in Lisbon. It was absolutely the best meal. The taste sensations were amazing Teresa our fiend was equally blown away. Thankfully we are spending 6 months a year in Lisbon and can return again and again.

Mandala Vegan Paradise was one of the most delightful surprises in Lisbon. This little restaurant in Belém offers one of the best vegan food experiences in all of the city . Although the sign outside has a different name, go in and enjoy the wonderfully subtle vegan flavours. The coconut milk peanut sauce drizzled over the beautiful Asian salad bowl was absolutely fantastic as was our glass noodles with tofu. This staff was more than helpful dealing with allergies. This little gem is worth the trek! I don’t think you’ll find any better vegan food in all of Lisbon. Enjoy!

9.5/10We have been here a few times and everything we tried was really tasty and with the Fork promotional price, it is extremely cheap too! They also have non vegan dishes which are also great and it would be nice if the promo also included the other menu.

6/10To be true something went wrong. When the waiter arrived at the table we have been asked if we booked through the fork. When we said Yes she gave us one of the two menu lists she had in her hand. When finished, we paid and we left the restaurants. We stayed outside the restaurant smoking a cigarette and we noticed the menu hanged outside the restaurant showed lower prices compared to the prices of the menu the waiter gave to us. So we left with a doubt that having booked with the fork at 50% off, a higher price menu was submitted to us. So if you decide to go, .check it just to be sure

8/10Well… the Food was very good for the price and the service was friendly. However… this restaurant does not really exist! Instead of the fully vegan Thai restaurant that we expected, there was an Indian restaurant with a different name, that serves all kinds of food. The “vegan restaurant” was just a separate menu with Indian and other Asian dishes.

7.5/10We had several dishes to share and they were all very tasty. The waiters were also polite and involved. For most vegan dishes they used tofu as a form of protein. The flavor was good, but it could be interesting to also have other forms of vegan protein. The two curries we ordered were a bit too salty for our taste.

10/10We had a wonderful meal here! The service was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was warm and cosy. The Bao Buns as a starter were sublime and the Green and Massaman curries we had were lovely. We really enjoyed our meal and spent a long time chatting and taking our time over the lovely food and drink. So nice to find a vegan restaurant nearby. We will be back with the family!

9.5/10Amazing food with quality service. Warm welcome and attention to details. Food arrived in short time waiting, warm and tasty. Green curry is top and the Pai Thai is a must! Everything you can expect from Nepalese staff, highly recommended.

10/10The lady that attended us was extremely nice and polite. She tried her best to make us feel comfortable without being overwhelming. The food was good. I particularly liked the chicken peas with curry rice. A place to return to.
