We ordered 3 meat dishes. 2 of them were OK (filetto di manzo al pepe verde and the meat rolls with ham and cheese) but the 3d one was a bad joke: the “Angus burger” was not a real burger, as everyone knows. It was just the burger patty served on a plate, dry, without any burger sauce, tomato or onion. 3 small lettuce leaves next to it (no dressing) and a few fries. No bun. I ate it with sliced bread. I asked for oil and aceto balsamico for the lettuce, since they were not on the table. Later they brought me some packed ketchup and mayonnaise. Total disappointment. If you want to look interesting and want to serve a disassembled burger, then you need to put all the ingredients from the dish you are dismantling on the plate to preserve the original taste.
