9.5/10We found this place through The Fork a few years ago, and it's now one of our "must go to places" when we visit Cascais. The food is really good and the service is excellent. Very reasonably priced for such good, fresh food. The only recommendation to the proprietor would be cushions against the window as, when sitting on the window seats at this time of year, you feel the cold from the glass. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Highly recommended for those who want a quality meal. Excellent value for money restaurant.

9/10We enjoyed our traditional meal of codfish cakes followed by grilled fish plates. The delicious potatoes and fresh salads were good accompaniments. Service was prompt. The decor was quite plain and simple.

6.5/10it wasn't special. the octopus was a bit too well done and the steak was hard and chewy. if it wasn't for the discount it would be expensive for the quality. We were in this restaurantvbefore and it was great. But it was another owner. parking here is nearly impossible so if you want to try it walk to it.

10/10We had a delicious dinner! Our server, Sasha, was attentive and helpful. The lulas (squid) and robalo (sea bass) were tender and well cooked. Don't forget dessert! the petite gateaux with ice cream was fantastic.

9/10Food & sangria were so fresh & delicious. Menu has lots of choice specialising in fish which we all opted for - octopus, sea bass, shrimp & fish rice - menu also has some good meat choices too. We sampled chocolate cake, almond cake & banana split. All were simply delicious. Restaurant is bright, clean and definitely worth a visit.

6/10Once we arrived, the reservation was not ready for us and in the end they did not apply the 30% discount mentioned in "The Fork". The food is ok, nice service and cosy place. Bit overpriced for the quality.

8/10We’ve eaten here quite a few times, mainly all good. But this time we felt the service was not up to par (incorrect steak order meaning one meal was re-ordered and therefore much later than the others). If a new member of staff is being trained, for example, personally I’d be more than happy to be told this by the proprietor in order to ‘lower’ our service expectations, and be more understanding. We also had to ask for our bill 3 times before eventually it arrived. However, because we like supporting smaller local businesses, this will not put us off, but I always prefer to give honest feedback.

9.5/10The fish was very well prepared, and the entrée included the salad, which was a nice, but rare touch. The cheesecake dessert was light, and served in a cup, which is a first for me, but wonderful. The one by the glass was very good and affordable.

10/10We spent a wonderful time on this restaurant. Exceptionally tasty dishes served by a friendly staff, enhancing our overall enjoyment. We enjoyed the grilled octopus, squid and shrimp skewer, portuguese-style grilled beef steak. I recommend this restaurant without any doubt!
