你好，为什么说我们折扣是假的呢？我们在网站上明确指出了，只有单点烤肉有折扣，menu 没有折扣，而且网站上并没有出现中国菜单，你点好的烤肉组合，我们已经摆好了，你着急了就说退了，那么我们也给你退掉了，你预定的时间是9点30,点餐抄单时间也需要几分钟时间了，你买单的时间是10点15分，而且我们为了弥补你的不满，拌土豆丝也没有给你算钱，我们总共只向你收取了20欧，你为什么还不满意，我们只是家庭小饭店，你等候饭菜时间也不是很久，只是先上了主食，烤肉没有第一时间上，希望你能理解。

6.5/10The food was good, but the staff didn't speak English, which made the experience quite difficult and confusing. We ended up being charged £10 more than we should have, and the Fork Deal did not apply to most items on the menu. Although the discount was supposed to be applied to certain items, we didn't receive it. We tried to communicate this issue, but since there was a language barrier, we decided to just pay and leave, as it was too overwhelming to resolve the situation.

Hello, it's not our fault that we don't speak English. We have tried our best to explain it to you using the mobile phone translator. We have also verified with you when you paid that a 50% discount has been applied, except for the drinks. Now you say we overcharged you. If possible, please come back so we can verify the reason for the overcharge. If it was our mistake, we will refund you the money.
