The food was good, but the staff didn't speak English, which made the experience quite difficult and confusing. We ended up being charged £10 more than we should have, and the Fork Deal did not apply to most items on the menu. Although the discount was supposed to be applied to certain items, we didn't receive it. We tried to communicate this issue, but since there was a language barrier, we decided to just pay and leave, as it was too overwhelming to resolve the situation.

We have also verified with you when you paid that a 50% discount has been applied, except for the drinks. Now you say we overcharged you. If possible, please come back so we can verify the reason for the overcharge. If it was our mistake, we will refund you the money.
