4/10I didn’t receive the discount I was supposed to get when booking through this app. I even double-checked with the waiter, and she confirmed that we would get the discount if we didn’t order the set meal. So I ordered everything separately instead of choosing the set. However, at the end, she claimed that the discount only applied to the meat, not to the other dishes. I’ve encountered a similar situation at other restaurants before, and it was never a problem the discount applied to the whole order. She said that the meat and the dishes were counted separately, but that was never mentioned anywhere, and it just doesn’t make sense.

尊敬的小妹妹台湾客人,我们当天已经和你们解释很清楚了,我们只有烤肉单点有折扣,你当天点了中国东北菜也点了烤肉,我们已经给予你烤肉折扣了!现在你在这个网站上再看清楚一点,这个网站上有没有中国炒菜,这个网站只显示了烤肉菜单,请问你还有什么不满意的,你们也说了吃的很好,也许啊姨那天讲的山东口音普通话你没有理解,所以你误会了,点餐之前已经说的很明白了!付款的时候也再解释一次,你们都说吃的很好,现在你们不满意,我们尽量避免误会好吗?

你好,为什么说我们折扣是假的呢?我们在网站上明确指出了,只有单点烤肉有折扣,menu 没有折扣,而且网站上并没有出现中国菜单,你点好的烤肉组合,我们已经摆好了,你着急了就说退了,那么我们也给你退掉了,你预定的时间是9点30,点餐抄单时间也需要几分钟时间了,你买单的时间是10点15分,而且我们为了弥补你的不满,拌土豆丝也没有给你算钱,我们总共只向你收取了20欧,你为什么还不满意,我们只是家庭小饭店,你等候饭菜时间也不是很久,只是先上了主食,烤肉没有第一时间上,希望你能理解。

6.5/10The food was good, but the staff didn't speak English, which made the experience quite difficult and confusing. We ended up being charged £10 more than we should have, and the Fork Deal did not apply to most items on the menu. Although the discount was supposed to be applied to certain items, we didn't receive it. We tried to communicate this issue, but since there was a language barrier, we decided to just pay and leave, as it was too overwhelming to resolve the situation.

Hello, it's not our fault that we don't speak English. We have tried our best to explain it to you using the mobile phone translator. We have also verified with you when you paid that a 50% discount has been applied, except for the drinks. Now you say we overcharged you. If possible, please come back so we can verify the reason for the overcharge. If it was our mistake, we will refund you the money.
