Excellent service and outstanding food quality. The chef and kitchen team deserve special recognition for their exceptional work. The terrace offers a vibrant, lively atmosphere that creates a wonderful dining experience. However, there’s a stark contrast with the indoor dining area, which has a plain design and feels more like an upscale cafeteria than a restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a table on the terrace and had to dine inside. The interior lacks character and warmth compared to the outdoor space. While the food and service remain consistently excellent throughout, the indoor ambiance doesn’t match the quality of the cuisine or the energy of the terrace setting.

5/10This restaurant is inside of a mall. There is nothing nice or fancy about eating inside of a mall. We asked to be seated on the terrace & were told that the only seats they had outside were sofas that got wet with rain earlier in the day. We trusted , even if there were others eating outside… we later found out it was a lie. All the cushions were dry when we went to touch them. The food items on the “interactive menu” look nothing like the plates that were actually served. For Novillo argentino and Solomillo the interactive menu says vegetables included. There were no vegetables. Novillo Argentino showed potatoes in the photo, instead we got fries. The waiter asked how we wanted our meat cooked (we asked for medium and medium well), they disregarded our request and brought them well done. The waiter was respectful, but overall had an attitude with us from the start. When we asked to split the bill he says “me estas liando, eso no se hace” he did it anyway but service was just not good.

2/10Not the balcony view we expected. It was a room with no windows. We got there and a server saw us but didn’t greet us for 10 minutes. There was only 1 table there. We were not given drink menu. Way over priced for being lied to. Ordered something from vegetarian menu. It came out with pork on it. I sent it back. It came back out in under a minute. No chance they made a new one that fast.

7/10Booked months ago for 24th. 1 day in advance they mailed they are closing early because of Christmas and when we got there they said they only had a small part of the menu available. The food was good.

6/10The food was good but apparently we were the last seating for Christmas Eve. Our table was outside the restaurant with no ambience. The waist staff was very rushed and told us we had to leave at 7 on the dot even if we weren’t finished. I wish I had known and I would have chosen an earlier time.

9/10The food flavors, preparation, and presentation were fabulous. As Americans, eating at 7pm, we were very early and had the dining room to ourselves, but service was fine anyway. Prices looked high but portions were larger than expected and we had plenty to eat with three selections. We were not given the discount but that may be because of a change of personnel at the end of the hour. A suggestion: mention in the description that the restaurant is on the 5th floor of El Corte Ingles so it’s easier to find.

8/10A little difficult to find as it’s at the top of the department store. Yes I know , odd . At first glance we thought oh no this is not for us , but then when you give it some time it’s actually a nice setting. Much quieter and cooler than the street below . Views of the local area. Service was good , food was tasty and well presented. Virtual menu was really good to identify things on the menu if you were not sure how they would look. Prices were very reasonable. Then you notice how many Spanish people were eating there. That’s always good if the locals use a place. All in all a very nice experience.

10/10Charming place with great food. We had the fried artichokes, Iberian pork loin and lamb. Nice wine list that went well with the goof. Fun location too being at the top of a department store. Their English was better than my Spanish so it worked out!

9/10The location is excellent being on the roof top of the Corte Ingles with great views over the city. The service was really good and very quick. The only downside was that I forgot to check the Fork 20% discount on the bill. When checking later after leaving it hadn’t been applied. Great place -would recommend.

7.5/10The description of this restaurant on its website made it sound like an amazing place. We first realized that something was amiss when Google Maps couldn’t find it at ground level, this was because the restaurant is on the 5th floor of a department store - not exactly the ambiance we expected. We couldn’t be seated in the outdoor terrace so we really did feel like we were in Macy’s. However, the food was good and the manager did his best to make us comfortable, beginning with a complementary glass of bubbly.

+4We came and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. Decided to have a testing menu. The waiter was nice, food was very good..until the middle od the dinner. Our waiter disapeared. We had to ask for last 4 couses. All the plates were left on the table and we had to remind other waiters that we have couses left to eat ????. The food was amazing but the service NO COMMENT!

4/10Confusing where to go. No signage. For dinner we walked through a closed store to get to the elevator and go up to the top floor which we guessed. Then walked through a closed candy shop and weren’t sure where to go. Had to track someone down to figure out which of the 3 restaurants (seating areas) was right.

9/10Fernando and Carmen provided excellent service, attentive and humorous. The rooftop location of the restaurant provided incredible city views. The food on the whole was fantastic, our only disappointment was with the Mature tenderloin beef which was tough and very sinewy

7.5/10This restaurant is currently closed and a ĺocal bar of the same name next door is providing tables for these bookings. Food was simple and very tasty but not of the quality shown in the pictures. Tasty but not very hot (temperature) food, we would return as the price was okay but not given El Tenedor discount on two plates, odd. Friendly staff and nice local buzz in a quiet neighbourhood cafe. We would wait until restaurant is reopened.
