We were 4, booked through The Fork and enjoyed a special treat. The service was good, ambience - just okay, and the value for money was without remark. We ordered grilled octopuss, grilled sardines, octo carpacio, two soups, a huge seafood platter for two, (1/2 lobster, prawns, octopuss, mussels, clams, cod fish, two desserts and 3 bottles of red Lisbon wine, which was quite good too! All in total for a little less than €200

Good croquettes as an appetizer. Excellent and very tasty fish rice. The serving was enough but quite less generous than one might normally find at Portuguese restaurants. Taking into account the Fork discount the price was reasonable. Wines are too expensive,: a wine glass is priced at one third the price of the bottle (rather than the usual 20-25%).

Booked a reservation through Fork at this restaurant on Christmas Eve, which was not honored the staff. Probably for the best however, the restaurant smelled terribly of rotten fish. Never had the chance to taste the food, but I wouldn’t recommend it based on the reception we received.

We spent a very nice christmas eve dinner with couple of menu options to choose from. Service was outstanding, they were very friendly with just the right amount of presence. Food was delicious, satisfactory portions.

Food and service were great. Definitely a tourist spot though. The waiter brought us bread, cheese, and meat as an appetizer that we didn’t order, saying it was a custom in his country, and it was an extra charge. They also asked for a tip at the end, which was strange.

My second time eating at this restaurant with my husband and yet again it was amazing. Complements to the Chef and to the staff for recommending such great choices. Thank you to the manager Charlie for making sure everything was good and we were happy during our dinner. I have yet to see a manager do a better job at this restaurant than him. Service was amazing and prices matched the service and accommodation we received.

Our holiday family dinner at this restaurant was exceptional! Accommodating 13 people effortlessly, the top-notch food was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. The food was good, but the dessert (ice cream) was awful. The service was poorly executed and it seemed as though they forgot us, even though there were only about four other parties in the restaurant. And the staff dropped dishes in the floor 3-4 times just during our dinner.

We waited too long to be served and the night was not a busy one, just a few tables. Fish was OK but meat could definitely be better in quality and cooking - asked to do it again and they did it fast and a bit better. Maybe we chose an unlucky night but we were not happy. Bit too touristy maybe

in the beginning the service was fine. However we were several times asked if we would be ready to order while still being in conversations and not even had a chance to look at the Menu. That’s why it felt a bit too pushy to us. A big plus, was that changes to dishes were no problem at all. And we loved the nice and comforting attitude. The vegetable (green beans & asparagus were a bit too overcooked and we missed a the feeling of freshness). The food came for our taste a bit to fast, since it was a dinner and we decided for an entree and a main course. So it would have been nice to have a little pause between courses. However the service was attentive and they really cared to make us feel comfortable. In the end however the waiting time to get the check was in comparison to the big rush in the beginning, more than slow which also didn’t make much sense to us. All in all we had better experiences at other restaurant…
