4/10Food was mediocre at best. Service was spotty and inefficient often leaving requests for drinks or ice unfilled despite multiple requests. The server was always in a rush due the number tables he was attempting to and the distance he had to cover. My dinner was tasteless and disappointing to say the least. The table was a plastic collapsing banquet style with folding camping chairs some of which were bent. Unfortunately no one thought enough to cover the true nature of the cheap table with a table cloth. I was left embarrassed that I booked this restaurant for my group so please don’t repeat my mistake. Also it was a bit sketchy at the end the waiter asked us for a tip. It’s been hammered into my head that tipping isn’t a thing in Europe and this is the first time I was asked. I just wanted out there and I don’t like complaining or confirmation so we left a 10% tip.

10/10Food and service as terrific. I had the steak and my husband had the shrimp risotto special. Both were delicious and among the best meals we have had across Italy

The seafood ravioli was to die for! The service incredible, and the ambiance was just perfect. We will be dreaming of this meal long after we return home. Near the elevator and therefore easy to access.

4/10Restaurant did not remotely resemble the photos on the profile page. Only 3 tables were in the restaurant waiter spilt a full glass of red wine on my meal & daughters lap. Accidents do happen but it is how we deal with these challenges. Simply moved to another table steak was warmed up in two mins & seasoned vegetables now cold were not replace neither the wine. Very poor & my first negative review!
