9.5/10Perfect little place with great ambience and service. Food is exquisite. Portions are small, but it is gourmet menu so it is normal. Everything was great.

10/10We really felt welcomed at Marea and the food was delicious. We are pescatarian, and they happily and deliciously substituted hummus for foie gras on one of the appetizers. We also had a dish with octopus and it was cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was the best we had in Italy. Also I never would have guessed that I would enjoy their take on ceviche so much.

10/10+3Everything was excelent, no other words! Best ever seafood restaurant (if not the best overall restaurant) expereinec in Milan. The staff were kind, lovely and professional. The service, the food is exceptional. I can just highly recommend to everyone to have the same experience as we had.

10/10If you're in Milan and craving some seriously good seafood, you've got to check out Marea. This place really knows how to put a dish together. The scallop sliders are out of this world. The staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home. Definitely a gem in Milan's bustling culinary scene!

10/10Small place a little far from the center. But service was fantastic. And food as well. Short menu. But enough to have a choice from. Lovely female waitress. Will definitely revisit when in Milan next time

10/10This tiny restaurant has incredible food and cocktails. We enjoyed every bite from start to finish. Their most popular dishes are popular for a reason. We highly recommend and will be back next time we are in Milan!

10/10This was simply the finest and most original seafood meal we have had the pleasure of experiencing at a fine restaurant. From moment one to the very end, we had a meal we will never forget. Our waitperson took wonderful care of us. The scallop dish was unbelievable and then came even more amazing food. The quality surpassed Michelin-starred restaurants where we have dined at a fraction of the price.

9.5/10Don’t let the modest external fool you. The ambience is cozy, the service excellent and the food is yummy and nicely arranged. The price is reasonable as well! All in all an excellent experience!

5/10Had a great time in Milan except for this particular restaurant. The food was okay, but the service felt like they wanted you in and out of their restaurant quickly so they can continue to churn other guests. They were inflexible in location of our reserved table and expressly told us we need to be out by a certain time. If you'd like to be treated with welcomingly service, this is not the place.

10/10We booked this restaurant after reading reviews and so glad we did. We had to book a late table (10pm) and ended up running late, we called the restaurant who said it was no problem. Food and service were excellent, cocktails were great. The menus are not over complicated which makes it easier to order, yes it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and the quality was superb, we would definitely visit again when back in Milan.

9.5/10Alina and her staff were excellent. Cocktails, food and wine all superb. Alina guided us through the menu and wine list and made some excellent suggestions which were spot on. Blue prawn tartare and mini scallop burgers were fantastic starters. Fish mains - tuna and cod were devine. Excellent little fish restaurant. Passionate about what they do.
