A beautiful French restaurant with a romantic ambiance. Lots of wood, candlelight. Great service, efficient and friendly staff. A great dining experience with the Eiffel Tower in the foreground, all lit up when we visited.

We asked during our reservation for a specific table that we didnt get when we arrived ! The soup was not good and the chicken was so cold ! A big disappointment ! We came back since our first time was good ! But for sure will never get back there

The ambiance was magnificent. We had a seat by the window to watch the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately our server was not attentive to us. After ordering and waiting 1 hour, we had to ask when our food would arrive. After taking our order and brining us our first drink, we didn’t see our server until 1 hour later. The server for the table next to us was kind enough to take our order for our second drinks. The food finally came and it was delicious. The server was nice and gave us one dessert as complementary. However, the pacing of the food, the waiting and not seeing our server throughout the night was quite annoying.

The food was delicious! The staff were welcoming and attentive. We would’ve had a marvellous view of the Eiffel Tower if it weren’t for the torrential rain, but we forgot about this misgiving once we had our first bites. The mood here is romantic and cozy.

Thankfully we booked as the restaurant was packed. We requested a table with a view on the Eiffel Tower and that is exactly what we go. The food exceeded our expectations. The standout dishes were the starter of Leeks in a vinaigrette and the Boeuf Bourguignon. Thank you for a lovely evening.

My parents were visiting from the states and our server, Mahault, was fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super personable and made jokes with my dad. Best service I’ve ever had in any European country. My husband and I were here back in February too and we had such good food both times but the service this time was just 1000x better. And I understand that servers here let the tables be and just come when needed so I never expect and it’s not an issue but I know my parents appreciated it.

Its a lovely, fun restaurant with lovely decor and super location. The food is nice abd a good choice of menu. Its a tourist trap for sure but really very lovely. However we did not appreciate the waitress asking us if we wanted yo give her a tip. Never once been asked this before and I live in France. Not cool. Not to say the staff weren't very helpful and friendly. However this isn't done in a less tourist restaurant.

The onion soup had pastry on top, no cheese. The salad nicoise was tasteless and needed a proper dressing. I could not wat the tuna which jad a strange texture.

The ambience of the restaurant is genuinely lovely, with A/C which is not always guaranteed in Paris. The waitresses were all excellent but our waiter was one of the worst I’ve had in Three years in France. Sloppy, cold and not attentive. The beef bourguignon was lovely but the steak tartare was average at best, alas, lacking the zing I’ve had elsewhere in Paris. Great location though nearby the Tour Eiffel (albeit with an obstructed view from within the restaurant).

Margaux is a place that makes you feel comfortable, right by the river and offering glimpses of the Eiffel Tower with a nice musical ambiance that isn't obtrusive. Service is friendly and efficient. We enjoyed every dish. It is classic French cuisine without fuss that both locals and tourists will appreciate. No hesitation

A little overrated online. There far way better restaurants in Paris and you do not see at all the Eiffel Tower inside the restaurant. There are trees that block the view. Better go somewhere else if you are looking for the vue

10/10! I overheard a waitress tell a patron that the restaurant was relatively new, which I was surprised by. The decor is refined, classic, and romantic. The staff is kind, professional, and attentive. The food was amazing (escargot, beef bourguignon, steak, chocolate mousse). The table next to us had the French onion soup and cordon bleu which looked amazing. Please make a reservation, you won’t regret it.

We selected this restaurant for our last night in Paris and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed every morsel and sip that touched our lips. The service was first rate. The location is an extra bonus as we could spend the rest of the evening strolling along the Seine and observing the Eiffel Tower in all its evening glory. Thank you to Margaux for a special memory to take home to America.
