8.5/10Its a lovely, fun restaurant with lovely decor and super location. The food is nice abd a good choice of menu. Its a tourist trap for sure but really very lovely. However we did not appreciate the waitress asking us if we wanted yo give her a tip. Never once been asked this before and I live in France. Not cool. Not to say the staff weren't very helpful and friendly. However this isn't done in a less tourist restaurant.

7.5/10The onion soup had pastry on top, no cheese. The salad nicoise was tasteless and needed a proper dressing. I could not wat the tuna which jad a strange texture.

6/10The ambience of the restaurant is genuinely lovely, with A/C which is not always guaranteed in Paris. The waitresses were all excellent but our waiter was one of the worst I’ve had in Three years in France. Sloppy, cold and not attentive. The beef bourguignon was lovely but the steak tartare was average at best, alas, lacking the zing I’ve had elsewhere in Paris. Great location though nearby the Tour Eiffel (albeit with an obstructed view from within the restaurant).

Margaux is a place that makes you feel comfortable, right by the river and offering glimpses of the Eiffel Tower with a nice musical ambiance that isn't obtrusive. Service is friendly and efficient. We enjoyed every dish. It is classic French cuisine without fuss that both locals and tourists will appreciate. No hesitation

7/10A little overrated online. There far way better restaurants in Paris and you do not see at all the Eiffel Tower inside the restaurant. There are trees that block the view. Better go somewhere else if you are looking for the vue

10/10! I overheard a waitress tell a patron that the restaurant was relatively new, which I was surprised by. The decor is refined, classic, and romantic. The staff is kind, professional, and attentive. The food was amazing (escargot, beef bourguignon, steak, chocolate mousse). The table next to us had the French onion soup and cordon bleu which looked amazing. Please make a reservation, you won’t regret it.

10/10We selected this restaurant for our last night in Paris and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed every morsel and sip that touched our lips. The service was first rate. The location is an extra bonus as we could spend the rest of the evening strolling along the Seine and observing the Eiffel Tower in all its evening glory. Thank you to Margaux for a special memory to take home to America.

10/10The service, food, presentation and decor were over the top. I highly recommend. I love salmon and it was cooked to perfection - pink in the middle - not overcooked like most restaurants. The sauce was also wonderful along with green beans. Must try it - you won’t be disappointed.

10/10The view of the Eiffel Towers is magnificent… the restaurant is charming as is the service and food! I can’t wait to dine again! We enjoyed the croquet madame, filet de boeuf au poivre and the crème caramel!! The perfect romantic place for dinner in Paris!!!

WOW. First meal in Paris and it did NOT disappoint! Every single thing we ordered was incredible. Our server was attentive, accommodating, and gave us plenty of recommendations that were spot on! Can’t wait to come back!

10/10The French Onion Soup is to die for. My wife had the Fillet, and said it was the best steak of her life. We are only in town for 3 more days, but have already made arrangements to enjoy one more meal at Margaux. Everything was amazing!

10/10A really great restaurant with fantastic traditional dishes. I have never eaten better bœuf bourgignon. The atmosphere is super romantic and the service is excellent. Hasan in particular did a wonderful job. As we are in Paris several times a year, this will be one of our favorites and we are already looking forward to the next time. 10/10The food was outstanding. Yummy onion soup, the best cordon bleu I have eaten and the passion martini was memorable. The service was superb friendly, even with our limited French. I wish we had another night to go back.
