10/10Too generous! We had the 9-course service and it was amazing. Everything was perfect, delicious and beautiful and with incredibly sourced ingredients. The sommelier recommended wine glasses with each course which were wonderful and unique. The only problem, and certainly not worth changing my score at all, was that the portions were too generous. As if that exists! We were so full I couldn't finish the pièce de résistance of Wayzu beef perfectly prepared and we had to skip the cheese plate. We left, three hours later, with the feeling of both floating on clouds of pure gastronomic pleasure and waving imaginary white flags of surrender to any more food. Would absolutely recommend for any special occasion.

10/10One of the best menus I've ever tried, whwhite no one dish being bad. Staff was kind and accommodative throughout the whole night, they even gave us a surprise miniature cake because we were celebrating our ananniversary. Only 2 things that may not have been perfect for me was the fact that the whole course lasted more than 4 hours, and I felt like deserts didn't really stand out (my personal preference) But aside from that everything else was amazing!

10/10First rate experience - outstanding and creative food, gorgeous restaurant and plating. We arrived late and wee stressed out about it, but the staff were grateful and set us at ease. Really, nothing about this experience could have been improved. Bravo!

8.5/10Just went to the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The ambience was impeccable. We did a 9 course tasting menu, with wine paring, whole dinner took almost 5hrs, but we felt being rushed at the beginning. They brought us first two dishes, as I was having the cookie stick in my mouth, the waiter came explaining the menu, at least let me finish chewing or put my food down:( that’s all. Otherwise we enjoy the whole experience Special shout out for two of the servers, Zoe, and Axel, they did a great job explaining the dishes, and axel takes great pictures

10/10Excellent restaurant in the Helene Darroze empire. Beautifully presented food made from high quality ingredients. I had the 9-course tasting menu and I highly recommend it. Service was great - friendly, professional and very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

9.5/10Tried this restaurant for the first time as it is close to our apartment. Pleasantly surprised by the welcome, by the introduction to the restaurant and staff, by the overall look and feel of the place. We had the normal daily menu since we didn’t have all afternoon to try nine course. Everything was well presented, lots of creativity in what we ate; admittedly not every combination worked as well as some others, but we enjoyed trying everything. Service was professional, if not warm, but we weren’t there to chit chat with the waiters. Wine list is pitched above our budget but we found a reasonably priced Marsannay that went well with the food. In summary, we were pleased that we found this restaurant and we will certainly go back again sometime next year when our (adult) children are in town.

7/10Disappointing food. I can't help but wonder if Michelin is staying current with it's rating of Marsan. We had the 9-course menu and there was very little that was outstanding. The chocolate dessert was probably the best course, and then only the crispy half. Odd combinations rather than intriguing and revelatory. The hake was very bland and seemed to have been water bathed to death. Two bites and I was done. The atmosphere is pleasant, but non-descript. Very minimum standards of dress for diners. Unenjoyable champagne and mediocre pinot noir. Marsan called ahead to confirm and ask what anniversary we were celebrating, but they did nothing on the actual night. Our Fork credit was not applied either, although we should have verified that before we paid. In sum, the meal was not terrible, of course, but not at all up to the standard we expected.

4.5/10Food was poor, well presented but tasteless or oddly combined. A lot of complimentary courses, but I would have preferred less courses/the original menu if it was good. We had a late table and although the staff was friendly a lot of careless mistakes and I was under the impression some were already intoxicated giving more of a casual bistro impression rather than a 2 Michelin star restaurant.

9/10Fantastic meal; plenty of wonderful surprises and tastes to explore. On the downside, I regret that the owner does not go around the tables to introduce herself, if not one of her dishes. I would highly recommend the weekday lunch option which offers fantastic value, although do bear in mind that extras - wine, water, coffee, inevitable for your enjoyment - will increase your bill x2 or x3. One does not book into a 2-star restaurant to eat on the cheap so nothing remarkable there, but worth bearing in mind. Perhaps Marsan could offer a 125€ lunch menu with a couple of wine glasses included?

9.5/10Outstanding food and wine in the 4 course dinner, service couldn't have been more prompt, discreet, and attentiv. A loud couple at the table across from us, threatened to spoil the ambiance, but the waiters immediately changed us to a quieter location when we asked. The caviar appetizer and baba with house Armagnac, as well as the truffle chocolate at the very end, were esp. memorable sensory delights. Bravo for the artistry!

2.5/10The foods were not goods for a 2 stars Michelin restaurant. Wine pairing was desappointed as the wine did not match with the foods. The sauces of every single plate was so salty that my husband and I can’t eat. We paid $1150 for a dinner when you can eat better foods for 200 euro for 2. We did a lots of Michelin restaurants around the world this one is the worse !!!!!!

10/10The best dining experience ever. The food was amazing, creative, and emotionally satisfying. The staff were beyond welcoming and friendly. Never have I experienced service that seemed so sincere in its efforts to please and accommodate.

9/10+4Im glad I tried this restaurant and enjoyed every course. Compared to other two star Michelin in Paris this is not my favorite because the dishes did not have as many layers of flavor. However i agree it deserves two stars for excellent service, presentation and general quality, as well as a particularly excellent cheese plate.

5.5/10There were two really delicious things. The first was 2 swallows of mushroom consommé. The second was a chocolate dessert. The rest of the meal was just food. We found the atmosphere too stuffy to be fun.

8/10The food and the place and all the servers where good. But one waitress in particular make us fell very uncomfortable because she put bad face every time she came to our table and even she throws the dishes every time she has to came to our table. We don’t know why she trates us like that and was sad because we reserved in this kind of restaurants searching for a good experience, no just good food.

6/10Was very excited and was looking forward to having this experience in our only night in Paris. Very disappointed in the service and how disorganized they were. Very unacceptable for a 2 star michelin restaurant. Basic fundamental communication. When we are arrived for our reservation. We were told that we are going to be sited in a communal table that was in a separate floor and will be sharing it with 6 complete strangers. Someone in their team was supposed to let us know that but they never did and waited to let us know last minute when we were there I would have understood the situation and would have canceled my reservation since I signed up for the whole experience and not a last minute change up. So we thought about it and said ok let’s just make the most out of this evening since we are already there. The room didn’t have any ambiance and was very awkward sharing it with other strangers. We wanted an intimate dinner in Paris and that’s why we deciding to come to this Michelin restaurant. Our reservation was at 9 so we sat there for 30min and the server was never to be found and didn’t even get our drink and wine orders because he was too busy on the second floor taking care of others guest. So we decided to just leave since we couldn’t get any service. This is a 2 Michelin star restaurant and nobody should wait 30min to get a drink order or to even get a glass of water at the table. Very unacceptable. Need to retrain staff because I’m pretty sure that if we were Michelin inspectors you would definitely be loosing stars.
