This restaurant engaged in price fraud. we booked a 9-course dinner for 260 euros. Shortly after we were seated, a server approached with a champagne cart, introduced the champagne, and poured a glass for each of us without mentioning the price. We assumed it was a complimentary welcome drink. Then, the server presented the menu, which listed several dishes where we could choose between two options (without any prices indicated). Since we wanted to try different dishes, we each selected different options. When we received the bill, it amounted to 847 euros for 2 persons. The server then showed us a menu with prices and informed us that for the dishes where we had a choice, the alternative options required extra payment. As a result, we were charged an additional 167 euros for these choices, bringing the total to 847 euros. I am perfectly fine with clearly marked prices, but as a Michelin-starred restaurant, such deceptive practices should not exist.

10/10What can I say but the most fabulous place to dine in Paris. Food is next level, and orchestration and execution is a level of perfection that is rarely seen. Darroze just not only a singular talent, she is humble and classy too, striving to make every diner feel special and at home. I ate at Table by Bruno Frejus the night before and it doesn’t hold a candle to what Ms Darroze offers her guests.

10/10The lunch we enjoyed at Marsan today was one I will remember for the rest of my life. The meticulous quality and thoughtfulness behind each course revealed a depth of precision and passion that demanded he htighest quality of my attention. My friend and I were both profoundly affected. This was truly a special gift that I will reflect on for a long time. The entire wait staff, somolier, and chefs were graceful and patient with us both. I felt humbled and grateful to be welcomed into their place of excellence. I would like to especially compliment the services provided by Georgia. Her professionalism was impeccable, and yet we were both affected by her charm and warmth - this added a humane and social dimension to our meal that elevated it aesthetically. I unfortunately missed the name of the hostess, but she also contributed a personalism to the experience. The food was outstanding, and watching each chef perform at the height of their craft was a real treat. My sincerest gratitude.

10/10We dined at Marsan for our 10th Anniversary trip to Paris and it was a beautiful evening. Every member of your staff were incredibly kind and fun and helpful down to the smallest details. The experience was perfect from the moment we stepped in the door and started with our "kitchen tour" to say hello. The food preparation was impeccable and everything was delicious. We found a great bottle of Vintage Champagne on your list to enjoy with our entire meal, the desserts were out of this world (and just kept coming!!), and we left on Cloud 9. It was an absolute home run and we are so, so thrilled we chose to celebrate our Anniversary with you. Merci beaucoup!

10/10Excellent service. The staff, chefs, and sommelier were unbelievable. We sat at the chefs table and were able to see the detail of each plate. Incredible team work. It was if watching a performance. Each individual was an artist.

+1The food was nice, but maybe it’s our own fault that we felt deceived. I went there with my boss and other coworkers. It’s our first time in Paris so we took a look around the posts on Chinese social media. One post recommending this restaurant says the lunch set here has the best cost performance for only 95£. So we booked without any hesitation. It didn’t say about the price at the whole online reservation process. When we arrived, the lunch set price was subtly shown in a mini font at the bottom of the menu (only 2 of us noticed at that time and one of them thought the 250£ meant set with all the upgrades) with no one explaining whatsoever. We were enjoying the meal with a “95£ for all this” mood. Nice food. Nice ambience. But we really felt tricked.

3.5/103 hours and a half for an ok meal and pretentious rude staff. If you want a nice dining experience in Paris, avoid anything with a Michelin star. 1800 euros for an endless meal that I will have forgotten by tomorrow.

10/10Too generous! We had the 9-course service and it was amazing. Everything was perfect, delicious and beautiful and with incredibly sourced ingredients. The sommelier recommended wine glasses with each course which were wonderful and unique. The only problem, and certainly not worth changing my score at all, was that the portions were too generous. As if that exists! We were so full I couldn't finish the pièce de résistance of Wayzu beef perfectly prepared and we had to skip the cheese plate. We left, three hours later, with the feeling of both floating on clouds of pure gastronomic pleasure and waving imaginary white flags of surrender to any more food. Would absolutely recommend for any special occasion.

One of the best menus I've ever tried, whwhite no one dish being bad. Staff was kind and accommodative throughout the whole night, they even gave us a surprise miniature cake because we were celebrating our ananniversary. Only 2 things that may not have been perfect for me was the fact that the whole course lasted more than 4 hours, and I felt like deserts didn't really stand out (my personal preference) But aside from that everything else was amazing!

8.5/10Just went to the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The ambience was impeccable. We did a 9 course tasting menu, with wine paring, whole dinner took almost 5hrs, but we felt being rushed at the beginning. They brought us first two dishes, as I was having the cookie stick in my mouth, the waiter came explaining the menu, at least let me finish chewing or put my food down:( that’s all. Otherwise we enjoy the whole experience Special shout out for two of the servers, Zoe, and Axel, they did a great job explaining the dishes, and axel takes great pictures

9.5/10Tried this restaurant for the first time as it is close to our apartment. Pleasantly surprised by the welcome, by the introduction to the restaurant and staff, by the overall look and feel of the place. We had the normal daily menu since we didn’t have all afternoon to try nine course. Everything was well presented, lots of creativity in what we ate; admittedly not every combination worked as well as some others, but we enjoyed trying everything. Service was professional, if not warm, but we weren’t there to chit chat with the waiters. Wine list is pitched above our budget but we found a reasonably priced Marsannay that went well with the food. In summary, we were pleased that we found this restaurant and we will certainly go back again sometime next year when our (adult) children are in town.

7/10Disappointing food. I can't help but wonder if Michelin is staying current with it's rating of Marsan. We had the 9-course menu and there was very little that was outstanding. The chocolate dessert was probably the best course, and then only the crispy half. Odd combinations rather than intriguing and revelatory. The hake was very bland and seemed to have been water bathed to death. Two bites and I was done. The atmosphere is pleasant, but non-descript. Very minimum standards of dress for diners. Unenjoyable champagne and mediocre pinot noir. Marsan called ahead to confirm and ask what anniversary we were celebrating, but they did nothing on the actual night. Our Fork credit was not applied either, although we should have verified that before we paid. In sum, the meal was not terrible, of course, but not at all up to the standard we expected.

4.5/10Food was poor, well presented but tasteless or oddly combined. A lot of complimentary courses, but I would have preferred less courses/the original menu if it was good. We had a late table and although the staff was friendly a lot of careless mistakes and I was under the impression some were already intoxicated giving more of a casual bistro impression rather than a 2 Michelin star restaurant.
