We didn’t know the restaurant only accepted cash payments. They never told us and we were upset because of that.

I had better Indian food restaurants in Genava than this place, for me it’s one time experience.
Masala HouseWe can better understand your situation but we don’t do 50% discounts on our menu . This is you had bad read on fork Application . There is a lot of other Indian restaurants they do 50% but not us . It was you had mistaken don’t blame to Restaurant please . And you were certain people six dishes you order and you won’t discount 50% on that is that fair you think .

The staff and the food was amazing, we enjoyed every minute of our meal, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian! Very thankful for the moment spent there :)

Excellent service with good quantity. Food was ok and so was the ambience. Lot of choices for Indian food so variety, price and service are important differentiators . Prices on menu and those charged must match those displayed in the app . Overall a pleasant experience.

Good food and service. We sat outside so a bit noisier but still a solid experience. I would not write home about the food but it was tasty for a night out.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food was also very good . The staff went beyond the extra mile to assist me as i injured my foot before arriving at the restaurant. I would really recommend this restaurant.

We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Madras, Butter Naans and Safran rice. Tikka Masala was ordered for my friend who does not like spicy and I asked for the Madras curry to be very spicy. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for the food although there were only 3 other people in the restaurant and they had ordered the daily menu. The food was not served at the same time so we started with the Tikka Masala which was delicious. The tables are very small and could barely hold the few dishes and covered with paper nappies. The plates were cold, no plate warmer for the dishes and the food already lukewarm when it arrived. The Naans were cut in 4 pieces each so no fluffiness left. The big disappointment was the Madras Curry! It was too liquid, no flavor and not spicy at all (my friend said it was not spicier than her dish) I was extremely disappointed and when I made the remark to the waiter I was told twice that Madras curry was always like this! I know Indian food very well but I let you judge by yourself by watching the video. I decided to take the dish home as I was sure to enhance it to an eatable level. Having this said, I weight the chicken pieces as the portion looked very tiny from the beginning. The result was 55gr of chicken!! As I said I had hardly touched the dish in the restaurant.

We wanted to have Lamb but they told us that they did not have it. Minutes later a big table was offered lamb.

Good real indian food, we ate the samosa, butter chiken, tikki massala with rice and naan nature et l’ail, all the plates were excellent. To drink we choose cobra beer, some drinks and food were not available.

Excellent food and a very nice waiter! The garlic nan were delicious, all together some of the best Indian food that I had for a long time! We can only recommend it.
