Everything was good but source of jabchae. It was not a Korean traditional soy source. Even though it was for European, I would like to think over what is real taste of Korean soy source. Thanks.

Hello. You are the elderly Korean couple who arrived 30 minutes before opening yesterday. I find it difficult to understand your claim that the soy sauce used in our japchae is not authentic. We use Korean soy sauce in our kitchen. Although this does not warrant a response, I feel obliged to clarify that the taste may simply differ from what you are used to, as we do not use flavor enhancers such as MSG (miwon) or dashida. This is truly unfortunate.
