Very friendly and service-oriented staff. The food was very good; all three of us were very happy, and my entrecôte was perfectly cooked.

There was a group of us, old friends, and we sat in a side room which was really nice and a bit more private. The food was excellent, we all enjoyed our meal very much. Also, we were not rushed but allowed to take our time to eat, drink and chat. Would very much recommend this restaurant.

We have enjoyed our visit at Matboden Södermalm. The overall service was very friendly, the food was great and we had a nice spot in the restaurant. It felt like a cosy living room. Thank you very much for the nice evening!

Great find. We wanted somewhere to experience Swedish food out of the touristy spots and made the right choice. The food (toast skagen & meatballs) were incredible, the service was friendly and the place is welcoming. like visiting friends for dinner. Highly recommend

Honestly, the best restaurant in Stockholm. The food, the service, the cocktails and so on are just exquisite and I challenge anyone else to find a better restaurant in Stockholm. Might have to bring each one of my newborn children in Matboden for them to understand what paradise feels like. Thanks again ! Best, Adrien

Great food lovely service and top wine the team loved the whole evening. The prawns were superb and steak cooked perfectly. Will be visiting again when back in Sweden

The staff was super friendly and chatty. Food was excellent and the portions were big. We sat outside so it was a bit noisier than inside but the weather was real nice so it was worth it!

Superb medium rare entrecote and fillet, very high quality meat. The bearnaise sauce could be improved, it's a bit salty and I missed some herbs flavour. The french fries can also be improved, they could have more homemade like.

Food was excellent Service was out of the world, Peter is a true asset to that place and could not do more to be accomadating, and super friendly and helpful, even though he was working alone

Excellent and cosy food, service and atmosphere. The cod was a really good new addition to the menu and it was nice that the chef came to our table to ask for our opinion.

Given the current situation we had an amazing evening out. Friendly staff, amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. Only feedback was the slightly longer waiting times when we just arrived, but they definitely made up for that along the evening. We will definitely be back!

The best steak I've been eating in Sweden. The creme brulee was heavingly. Cozy atmosphere and really welcoming and friendly staff that was very attentive.
