Need to check on the system... if the system allows to make a reservation even if its short notice is not customer issue, it is either platform issue or restaurant issue. The person in charge was very estrict on the "reservation thing" if you did not have reservation he would not accomodate you which I think is reasonable and understandable, but following the same line he was following, if the application allowes you to make a reservation even if its a short notice reservation, you need to accomodate that as is not a customer issue if you are being strict on no havin a reservation you should do the same if you have a reservation and if your platform is not working propertly well then you need to fix it. Food was very good but the service was very passive aggressive.

We never had the 20% off, but this aside, very good pizzas and delicious dessert. A little disappointment on the truffle pizza that didn’t taste truffle so much (maybe out of stock?)
