We came at the end of the service on Sunday and there was very little on the train. We watched the same things go around 10 times then left hungry. First time we’ve been disappointed at Matsuri, its usually great. Also noticed prices had gone up significantly from our last visit.

Dishes are good, but Matsuri should find a way preserve hot from hot dishes. It is not very pleasant to eat a cold hot dish. Think about it Thanks Romaric
