It was a bit tricky to understand how does it work, but at the end I did. Basically you can order at the table or pick whatever you like from the belt. Every plate has a cost so once you've finished eating they just count your plates and make the bill. The table service was not the fastest I have experienced but not too bad, and the quality of food was good except for some dish which was waaay overpriced ( scallop for example).

Many people came to eat, and I was surprised that this store had Takumi's cheesecake, and the mochi was also excellent!

I did a booking for two with a discount of 30%, but a bug happened, I found out that there was a booking for 6. Instead of telling me that there was no discount, the waitress and the receptionist just got me at my table without any comment

The manager is very friendly and helpful…. Excellent experience…. Also the choices or sushi is better here…

I have tried all the Matsuri. This one is to avoid absolutely. Despite the manager who seems nice the service is awful, rude and practically non existent. We waited for half an hour for someone to come take our order (as they announced as soon as we arrived that the turning bar - which is the reason we go there - was end of service) despite the place being practically empty and food was bad and tasteless. Avoid it at all costs!

Not that much of a choice, but the food was nice. The staff was friendly but did not come to us very often. I would still recommend the place!

The change in deco is style over substance and the menu with less choice, modified changes of those classic Matsuri dishes isn't an improvement and the expertise of the original sushi chefs is missing. Very disappointing. The change in staff don't resemble the tentative nature of the original Matsuri brand and lack knowledge of the products. Displayed food isn't as attractive or displayed as well as before or as fresh it seems either. The welcoming warmth or staff has completely disappeared. What a shame!

Its a very good revolving sushi restaurant. The food quality is very nice though not all the items are on conveyer belt (maybe because there was less crowd). The attendant was very helpful and got all our items (not on the belt) from the chef. We had a great evening with high quality food and a quiet ambience to enjoy the meal.

We had a nice time in Matsuri Neuilly. Service for drinks was a bit slow, and could have been performed at the beginning and for refills. The sushi dishes were good but could have used more variety for us to eat more. The waiters were very polite and made us enjoy our time, thank you!

Very average place. Sushi was very odd.. curry spices over sushi??? Furthermore limited choice and without discount just overpriced. Certainly not returning here.

Restaurant is very cold. Is there anything you can do? No heater or anything? It was freezingThe food arrived very slow. There was only one waitress and she was always at the back. No one even showed us where to sit.

The restaurant is very pleasing and with a good atmosphere, staffs are very attentive and food is great. We will visit more often.

A Classical Japanese restaurant part of matsuri system. So the food is well known and good, prices with the fork offer are affordable You chose your dishes on a « train » each plate has a different color and indicates the price. There is no surprise . Sanitary rules are well observed

Sorry to say but waiters were not very clean so it makes your meal not so good…

Our poor waiter was all alone to take care of the lunch crowd: he was very sweet in spite of this. The service was as a result slower than normal , but not his fault.
