4/10The change in deco is style over substance and the menu with less choice, modified changes of those classic Matsuri dishes isn't an improvement and the expertise of the original sushi chefs is missing. Very disappointing. The change in staff don't resemble the tentative nature of the original Matsuri brand and lack knowledge of the products. Displayed food isn't as attractive or displayed as well as before or as fresh it seems either. The welcoming warmth or staff has completely disappeared. What a shame!

8.5/10Its a very good revolving sushi restaurant. The food quality is very nice though not all the items are on conveyer belt (maybe because there was less crowd). The attendant was very helpful and got all our items (not on the belt) from the chef. We had a great evening with high quality food and a quiet ambience to enjoy the meal.

7/10We had a nice time in Matsuri Neuilly. Service for drinks was a bit slow, and could have been performed at the beginning and for refills. The sushi dishes were good but could have used more variety for us to eat more. The waiters were very polite and made us enjoy our time, thank you!

5.5/10Restaurant is very cold. Is there anything you can do? No heater or anything? It was freezingThe food arrived very slow. There was only one waitress and she was always at the back. No one even showed us where to sit.

7.5/10A Classical Japanese restaurant part of matsuri system. So the food is well known and good, prices with the fork offer are affordable You chose your dishes on a « train » each plate has a different color and indicates the price. There is no surprise . Sanitary rules are well observed

9/10Our poor waiter was all alone to take care of the lunch crowd: he was very sweet in spite of this. The service was as a result slower than normal , but not his fault.

6.5/10Service was extremely disappointing as the restaurant became more crowded. I wish to mention that we had very good service upon arrival. However, there was only 1 waitress - she was very efficient and very sweet so it had nothing to do with her. We waited more than 30 minutes after ordering ice cream and and as she had to help behind the counter with orders was not able to provide it.

9/10They were very busy for lunch, but we were well received. Our waitress was lovely and very pleasant cashier! Dishes were yummy! Looking forward to my next visit!
