I struggle to call this experience even decent. Sushi was....strange at best. In no way do they seem celiac safe or even friendly. You have to guess when it comes around and gee, I can get rice or miso soup as my celiac friendly options? Not worth it at all. Super disappointing.

I really like Matsuri because of its Japanese conveyor sushi format. It's a good place to go alone or with no more than 2 people, as otherwise it can be hard to talk among a larger group. My main issue is that it is overpriced compared to other sushi bars, even with the Fork 20% discount. The sushi is good quality otherwise. Nevertheless I will still find myself at Matsuri again in the future, as conveyor sushi in France seems rare.

Very good food. Service is quick - the dishes come on the conveyor. The noise level was quite high and it was not very comfortable. I recommend if you want to good Japanese and you are pressed for time.
