9.5/10Very good restaurant and nice experience. Cannot say the same about The Fork site however. It is embarrassing to have a site faking discounts like The Fork does. It announced 50% reducion, which becomes 30% when you search the time to reserve, which becomes 0% when you have your reservation confirmation.

5/10We weren't greeted when we entered, we walked up to someone and told them we booked on the Fork, they didn't seem to understand, but showed us a table. They didn't add much things on the revolving since I guess it was late but no one came to check on us and let us know that we could simply order off the menu. Nearly at the end of the meal, I got an email from The Fork saying that we didn't seem to have shown up to the restaurant. I responded to that no we went, and then I got another email with a new reservation at 9 PM while our original reservation was for 9:30. System error aside, at the time to pay they made it like we had shown up late since the new reservation showed in the system for 9PM, despite being shown all the old and new emails. They made it like they were doing us a favor by honoring the reservation since we showed up late - the bill also seemed on the higher side - not sure if it was correctly calculated... we didn't count our own plates.

4.5/10I struggle to call this experience even decent. Sushi was....strange at best. In no way do they seem celiac safe or even friendly. You have to guess when it comes around and gee, I can get rice or miso soup as my celiac friendly options? Not worth it at all. Super disappointing.

7/10I really like Matsuri because of its Japanese conveyor sushi format. It's a good place to go alone or with no more than 2 people, as otherwise it can be hard to talk among a larger group. My main issue is that it is overpriced compared to other sushi bars, even with the Fork 20% discount. The sushi is good quality otherwise. Nevertheless I will still find myself at Matsuri again in the future, as conveyor sushi in France seems rare.

6.5/10I used to go to Matsuri in Paris and this is great. But in Vincennes the service and atmosphere is not as nice... food is the same quality.
