Exceptional service and good

The food was excellent, from the pork belly appetizer with black truffle cream to the steaks, everything was heavenly and cooked to perfection. The real highlight was Roberto. Being taken care of by a professional who clearly loves his job and gets joy from seeing the patrons enjoy their experiences made the evening extra special. From a culinary standpoint, Meat was fantastic. From an overall experience, Meat stands out as one of those one-in-a-hundred places that you'd go back to again and again.

My host (Roberto) was first class, recommending some of the most beautiful items on the menu and providing me with a night of great comfort and satisfaction.

The pata negra was too thick , the gyozo was cold inside, the pasta came right out the freezer only the wine was very good

Disappointing ! The staff were very friendly but the service was very slow the night we were there and part of our order was forgotten and we had to remind them. As a result the vegetables arrived late and we had almost finished the main course. The restaurant was very nice to us and gave us a reduction but even so it was an expensive meal and we were rather disappointed.

While my meal, a grilled ribeye, was very well prepared. My husband's T-Bone was ordered Med-Rare and was delivered well done. After having to send it back, with regret, he was brought another T-Bone, that while it was prepared to temp., it had so much fat in the meat that there was barely any meat edible. We believe a restaurant that has Meat in it's name should take better care in the QUALITY of the meat they prepare for their guests. We were anticipating an excellent meal to end our stay in Como, but sadly we walked away disappointed. Good management would of checked in with us, when the corrected steak was brought to our table to make sure all was satisfactory, unfortunately that did not happen. Going forward, my hope is that this review provides motivation for better customer care to avoid disappointed reviews. Shelly and Bob

I always come just for the delicious dish: tar tar on bone marrow and it's really delicious!!! But today the meat was not so finely chopped, although it was still delicious. Special thanks to Roberto for the amazing service, hospitality and cordiality!

Menu card could only been seen via QR code. Really a bad site, and it was not possible get a Menu card on paper.

Very nice atmosphere and beautiful garden. Staff was nice and correct, they prepared the bill with “fork” discount, no need to tell them. Food was great, had 2 antipasti, filet mignon with truffles, tagliatelle and 1kg t-bone. If you want dinner in a special place and you enjoy meat, this is the right place on Lake Como.

Service was great ,perfect as always.But This was not the first time for us so when we compare last time and this time were not same,unfortunately disapointed,meat quality was not as good as before,potatoes cutting was terible very big and taste was not delicious,but because of very good service,we will give one more chance to them.

Everything was allright, however the food was missing salt (the polenta and the chicken) and the chimichurri was disappointing. Also, I think for a restaurant called "Meat", the options for grilled beef that can be consumed by one person were only two (filet and sirloin). Also, the menu in the Fork is not updated, this is why I may have arrived with different expectations. The service in any case was very good as well as the atmosphere (even if a wee too dark for me, but romantic and calm). I overheard another client complaining about a dish that was bland, which was served once more but was again too bland: I guess we just chose the wrong night. We did however appreciate the complementary amouse-bouche that was served as we were seated.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the main course, with the meat being particularly delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The location is very charming; we were lucky enough to dine in the small courtyard at the back, which was beautifully set up and added a special touch to our evening. The prices are not cheap, but definitely in line with the quality of the food and service provided. Highly recommended!

The location is cozy and special, just steps from Lake Como like a best kept secret. The food was outstanding, the wine was perfectly paired -- we lingered for hours. BUT the best part for sure was our waiter. He was fun, funny, attentive and genuinely invested in our experience and that we enjoyed our meal. He was so great!!!

Can honestly say that we had one of the best meals of our lives. Meat cut like butter, our waiters, especially Roberto were so lovely and helpful. I'd fly over from the UK just to go to that restaurant, its that good!

The food (meat) was excellent, the way it was cooked, the quality, the temperature… An amazing place that for sure, we will come back. Roberto our waiter was super nice and helped us choose. He is a 10/10 waiter

What a great find. The service and food was excellent. Top quality meat and you could even choose from the fridge the cut which you wanted. The Manager and Waiting staff were brilliant polite and very courteous indeed. There was No hurry at all. A great evening and we would highly recommend MEAT

Meat was a great choice and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The staff especially Roberto were more than attentive and welcoming. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Cernobbio.
