Everything was allright, however the food was missing salt (the polenta and the chicken) and the chimichurri was disappointing. Also, I think for a restaurant called "Meat", the options for grilled beef that can be consumed by one person were only two (filet and sirloin). Also, the menu in the Fork is not updated, this is why I may have arrived with different expectations. The service in any case was very good as well as the atmosphere (even if a wee too dark for me, but romantic and calm). I overheard another client complaining about a dish that was bland, which was served once more but was again too bland: I guess we just chose the wrong night. We did however appreciate the complementary amouse-bouche that was served as we were seated.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the main course, with the meat being particularly delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The location is very charming; we were lucky enough to dine in the small courtyard at the back, which was beautifully set up and added a special touch to our evening. The prices are not cheap, but definitely in line with the quality of the food and service provided. Highly recommended!

The location is cozy and special, just steps from Lake Como like a best kept secret. The food was outstanding, the wine was perfectly paired -- we lingered for hours. BUT the best part for sure was our waiter. He was fun, funny, attentive and genuinely invested in our experience and that we enjoyed our meal. He was so great!!!

Can honestly say that we had one of the best meals of our lives. Meat cut like butter, our waiters, especially Roberto were so lovely and helpful. I'd fly over from the UK just to go to that restaurant, its that good!

What a great find. The service and food was excellent. Top quality meat and you could even choose from the fridge the cut which you wanted. The Manager and Waiting staff were brilliant polite and very courteous indeed. There was No hurry at all. A great evening and we would highly recommend MEAT

Meat was a great choice and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The staff especially Roberto were more than attentive and welcoming. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Cernobbio.
