A friend choked on a piece of steak you prepared and couldn’t swallow the piece for about 1 1/2 hours. There should not have been any charge for the steak dinner as the steak piece was the the first piece from the steak and the restaurant refused to remove the charge. Very bad business and I will tell everyone not to eat at this restaurant!

Service and atmosphere was amazing. The appetizers were very good, and the pasta too. The beef loin could have been a bit more spiced/marinated before being cooked as it tasted a bit plain. When scrolling through the bar menu, it was clear that you are staying in a hotel restaurant ad the prices for drinks were quite expensive as compared to local bars & restaurants. Soft drinks at 5,5€ and homemade iced teas at 8€

The food was great. The atmosphere is good. Two suggestions: Food should be faster. We waited nearly an hour for our first soup. The waiter should pay more attention to the cliente.

Food is good albeit not exciting and the desserts are just okay. The menu for food is relatively good - 3 or 4 options in each category. The sparkling wine options are wide - 1 local sparkling option at around €40 and then 3 or 4 high end champagnes between €200 and €600. The restaurant is clearly where the hotel serves breakfast as the buffet stations are in place during evening dining which reduces the ambience. It feels very much like a hotel lobby rather than a space specifically for dining. The current offer on The Fork resulted in c.€80 being discounted from our bill which was a great surprise.

This hotel restaurant (presumably where breakfast is served) also serves a la carte meals. The ambience is fine but we had to change to another table because of noisy guests siting near us. The food is good, rather overpriced -- same goes for the wine list. Service is close to chaotic. There were 2 waiters (for 3 tables) who repeatedly managed to forget about some of our orders. And there was this hilarious situation when they brought various types of bread but not enough for all the people at the table (we were just 4, not 40). They had to go and make more bread... and they forgot to bring it when it was ready.
