10/10Dining at Medousa Taormina was an unforgettable experience. The elegant atmosphere set the perfect tone for the evening. The lovely dishes and excellent cocktails were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the attention to detail was top-notch. Highly recommend for a memorable dinner .

10/10The owner is a warm person. The hostess so kind and efficient. And the maître named Conrado one the best I have met in Italy. Eccelente wines and prices. And outstanding food.

8.5/10Very good service and lovely food. We had dish of the day, red snapper, and it was delicious. Excellent rose wine. Pretty garden setting with fairy lights. Definitely worth a visit.

10/10A great restaurant with an incredible atmosphere. The staff was super accommodating, quickly moving us inside when rain drops commenced. The cooking quality is creative and features top notch ingredients. The rack of lamb was quite exceptional. This is a must when in Taormina.

10/10An excellent restaurant with delicious and creatively prepared dishes. Great ambiance and service. Far superior to the many mediocre restaurants in the neighborhood. High priced, but reflective of the difference in quality.

10/10This beautiful restaurant was a great find, from the start service was superb and very friendly. Food was amazing, and a beautiful terrace to finish your drinks. Definitely will be returning and a must to visit.

9.5/10Probably too expensive for the quantity. When you order wine by the glass, there is very little served. And if you like bread, you’ll be rationed. Quality was anyway there and waitress was very kind and professional.

10/10What a romantic setting! The perfect last night dinner in Taormina. The octopus was absolutely delicious. Service was great, and the amuse bouche was exemplary. Compliments to the chef.

9/10Very good moment in this nice restaurant at one end of Taormina’s historical center! The decor is beautiful and appealing, and TEC quality of the service does not disappoint either! You feel very welcome, and the dishes are delicious, generous and elaborated. Excellent time!
