10/10Melrose's is a pleasant, friendly location to eat out in Las Americas. It offers a welcoming ambience, a menu with lots of choices and an excellent staff to serve you. Food is good value and portions plentiful. All in all, well worth a visit.

Chilled setting, friendly helpful staff, food is wonderful, third time visiting Melrose’s, we booked our table which I would advise as it’s very popular, delicious cocktails, we both had pizza which is 10/10, steaks also recommended.

9.5/10Still only one person taking orders. Everyone has a job, but that's all they do. I'll bring out the food. I'll collect dirty plates. I'll bring out the bill. ETC. Come on. It's the 21st century. Get with the flow. Very tasty food and all the staff seem happy.

2/10Physically confronted by owner of the restaurant. My wife and I attended this restaurant on 3rd April. We ordered the Ribs and Chicken Fajitas, the Fajitas were bland, and the Ribs were frozen, but no complaint made. Now, the table next to us (family of 3) ordered the same meals plus a T bone steak. Ribs were also frozen and Fajitas were bland. The Female of the table then raised a complaint to the servers. Their plates removed then the server came to our table to pick up our plates. The Server, noticing my wife's Ribs were untouched, asked if all was OK. She said, just the same as the table next to us. Ribs were frozen. Whilst waiting for the bill, the owner came out and confronted my wife, shouting at her for the complaint. I, whilst sitting, told him not to speak to my wife in that tone. So he slapped my hand away and told me it is his restaurant and he will speak to her how he wants. I stood up and he again slapped my hand away. Somehow, the owner then found himself on the floor.

10/10The food choices are varied. The quality of the food is excellent. We were served by Pablo who in my opinion is the perfect host. Will definitely be going again when we return later in the year.

6/10My husband's ribeye steak was a disgrace. Full of fat. We waited almost an hour for our food so there was no point complaining and having wait another hour. The lady at table next to us did complain about quality of her steak also but server said he couldn't do anything because she complained at the end of the meal. Says it all really. The peppers looked overdone too. The 3 of us also dining went for pizzas. All 3 were delicious. Given the price of the steak it should have been the best choice and so wasn't. Much better restaurants in Tenerife. Won't return.

6.5/10We were a little disappointed with our experience at Melfoses. Fillet steak was a little chewed. Lamb chops (local) were a little too fatty. Unfortunately carrots with veg were raw. We prefer boiled soft carrots. We were nicely welcomed and the staff were all very friendly.

2/10Unfortunately they said they didn’t have a booking for me then when we did get a table after a 15 minute wait the service was awful as we waited 40 minutes for someone to take a drink order but only after we asked for service 3 times then when we got our food 1 of the party sent theirs back as it wasn’t cooked correctly. It a shame as we have been the year before with 12 of us and had a great time.

3/10Arrived at the restaurant and were told that there was no record of our online booking even though I had received 2 online confirmations about our booking. Eventually, we were brought to a table and seated. Did get our 1st drink and starter promptly (my starter was barely warm enough), but then the issues began. We waited almost 50 minutes for our main course, no one came to ask if we wanted another drink and our main courses were definitely not what we ordered. My wife's well done steak was burnt to looking like charcoal - she did eat some of it but had to leave the remainder on the plate. My medium done steak was more rare than medium, but I did finish it, because I was do hungry and was not going to wait another 50 minutes for my main course to be cooked again!!! Veg was barely hot enough and side order of potatoes came out wrong also. Definitely my 2st and last experience of Melroses!!! Have been coming to tenerife now for a number of years and this has been our worst meal!!!

10/10Experienced Melrose’s twice in our last trip and on both visits we were looked after so well we couldn’t possibly not visit again on this trip. Since visiting the menu has vastly improved and we took advantage and ordered items we had never had and they were delightful. The whole visit was excellent from start to finish and we are booking again so we can try more different things. The staff are lovely and so quick and attentive. Defo worth a visit if you’re reading this and considering the place.

3/10The service was appalling, we were sitting with cutlery for ten minutes after we received our main course despite asking twice for them. My husband finally went and found them himself. Food was not hot on arrival, lukewarm at best.

3/10Booked table on line was shown to table and waited to be served. Man who appeared to be manager totally ignored us and served everybody who came in after us first. ordered drinks and meal eventually they arrived. Chicken breast was tough to cut and when complained to the manager he grabbed the knife and fork from my wife and start to cut it. saying it was alright to eat. He then said we could have different meal but no chicken breast was available. Alternative was chicken leg which we accepted when it arrived it was not cooked and uneatable. Manager made us uncomfortable as he made sure everybody was looking at us. Paid for one meal drinks and left. Lady on the door was sorry for what happened and was disgusted at the way we treated.

10/10Christine greeted us and she was very welcoming. She gave us personalised recommendations for our steaks, which were delicious and our children's pizzas were also amazing. The service and food were both fantastic and we would definitely return.
