Truly cannot understand the good reviews. Avoid in summer months. Super hot, without air-conditioning, infested by mosquitoes. They keep most windows closed, its hotter inside than outside. Asked about mosquitoes, the waiter’s answer was, “really? They are not biting me.” Nice, at the very least they could have some bugs spray. The place feels like a ferry boat. Sofas are dirty and unpleasant. The food. We had three starters, three mains and a dessert. 2 starters were a massive dissapointment. The grilled scallops were tiny and over cooked. The seabass was basically entoombed in breadcrumbs. Canneloni with foie gras sauce, actually really good, the only one of the evening. Cannelloni with foiegras sauce. The main dishes. Turbot was filetted, 50% skin, barely any fish. The grilled prawn, was exactly that. 1 grilled prawn. Suitable port the portion for tasting menu, not a la carte. Rossini filet foie gras had not mini crust. Dessert was huge let down too. Overall never again

10/10One of the best tasting menus I ever had. The open kitchen resembled a silent ballet performance and service was brilliant. The unexpected but very welcome mussels to start only added to my happiness. It has been a long time since I felt so replete and happy with a meal. However, tell your tall brunette server to relax a little, unlike everyone else she seemed a bit fast and loud, pulling me out of the enjoyment of food and company. I'm sure she is s great once she relaxes a little and learns that. I will have to return and sample all my items f MBs Restaurants. With warm regards, IB

Chef Berasategui, Chef Sergio Fuentes and their team do an amazing job with simple ingredients to create a delicious menu. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and were impressed by the food as well as the service by Miriam and the wait staff. Great attention to details, wouldn’t be surprised to see a Michelin star on this restaurant soon.

10/10We were really well looked after by all the staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was incredible and locally sourced. Beautiful watching the sun set. The best restaurant we have visiting in Tenerife. Beautiful relaxed fine dining, we will be back next year.

Being well looked after by friendly and knowledgeable staff while enjoying incredible, locally sourced food against the backdrop of a beautiful sunset sounds like a perfect evening. It's wonderful to hear that it was the best restaurant you've visited in Tenerife. It seems like you've found a gem for relaxed fine dining. Planning to return next year must be a testament to how much you enjoyed it.

9/10Lovely food, wine and service. There was a light above us which we found a bit bright and it spoilt the ambiance a little. I’d recommend sitting near the balcony if possible.

10/10We had a wondered dinner with friends at Melvins. Chef Sergio’s tasting menu was delicious. Front of house team lead by Radu did an excellent job. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

7/10The food was very good (appetizer, starter, main course), with a lot of choices. Service was a bit slow to take the order and to get the dessert menu. Also the space was a bit noisy. Our table was far from the windows. Would have been good to have some butter with the bread.

7/10Food excellent but had to ask three waiters what catch of the day was. One waiter put the Amuse Bouche in front of us and when we asked what it was, shrugged his shoulders and said fish and something else. Lady at front of house was the only one with head on her shoulders…, despite that food very good.

10/10It was a very nice experience since the arrival until the bill all the personnel extremely friendly and attentive, the food was so great coming from the guidance of Berasategui the chef nailed the food , the best , the lubina crocante at the very beginning!!! I would definitely recommend it.

10/10Excellent food and service. They catered to our special requests for my daughters with providing off-menu items like bao bread. I had one of the best tuna tartare I've ever had. My wife's ribeye steak (entrecote) was cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth. And we were celebrating my wife's birthday and the chef (Diego) had prepared a wonderful chocolate dessert that the entire table could share. Overall it was a great meal and the views of the sunset and neighboring island (La Gomera) made it perfect. Thank you!
